ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից հայտնում են, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ին Փարիզում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Էնդրյու Շոֆերի (ԱՄՆ), Իգոր Խովաևի (Ռուսաստան) և Բրիս Ռոքֆոյի (Ֆրանսիա) հետ։

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ և տևական լուծմանը հնարավոր է հասնել միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մանդատի ներքո՝ կողմերին հայտնի սկզբունքների ու տարրերի հիման վրա։

Արձանագրվել է համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան այցի կարևորությունը իրավիճակին տեղում ծանոթանալու համատեքստում։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն առաջնահերթ են համարել տարածաշրջանում դեէսկալացիային ուղղված հստակ քայլերի իրականացումը։ Այս առումով Արարատ Միրզոյանը դատապարտել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում քաղաքացիական բնակչության վրա հարձակումները, որոնք հանգեցրել են զոհերի, ինչպես նաև անընդունելի է համարել շարունակական հայատյաց հռետորաբանությունը:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն ու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները մտքեր են փոխանակել հրատապ լուծում պահանջող հումանիտար խնդիրների վերաբերյալ: Այս համատեքստում Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է հայ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների և այլ պահվող անձանց շուտափույթ և անվերապահ հայրենադարձման, ինչպես նաև՝ անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրի պարզաբանման և հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը։

Նույն օրը Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանի հյուրընկալությամբ, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ և մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը։

Հնգակողմ հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն արտահայտել է հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը` լիարժեքորեն վերականգնելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափում։

Արարատ Միրզոյանը վերահաստատել է համանախագահների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնած դիրքորոշումը՝ այդ թվում դեէսկալացիայի և հումանիտար խնդիրների կարգավորման անհրաժեշտության, ինչպես նաև՝ սադրանքների ու հայատյաց հռետորաբանության անընդունելիության վերաբերյալ։
