Դեկտեմբերին մենք մի քանի փաստաբաններով հայց ենք ներկայացրել Գլխավոր Շտաբի դեմ`իրենց զբաղեցրած դիրքերը չզիջելու պահանջով, Վարչական դատարանում այդ գործը մինչև հիմա քննվում է։ Խնդրել ենք, որ որպես հայցի ապահովման միջոց՝ դատարանն արգելի Գլխավոր Շտաբին զիջման քայլ անել, բայց, ցավոք, Վարչական դատարանի որոշ դատավորներ համարձակություն չդրսևորեցին և այսօրվա վիճակի մեջ իրենք էլ են պատասխանատու։ Այս մասին Կառավարության դիմաց տեղի ունեցող բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ասաց Փաստաբանների պալատի նախկին նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը։

«Շուռնուխի, Որոտանի հատվածները տվել են Ադրբեջանին այն պայմաններում, երբ մենք Ադրբեջանի հետ ունենք թշնամական հարաբերություններ։ Այս պայմաններում մեր կարևոր ստրատեգիական ճանապարհը հանձնելը ի հակասումն ստորագրված հայտարարության չգիտեմ անգամ ինչ բառերով կարելի է նկարագրել։ Մինչև ո՞ր կետն ենք պատրաստ լռելու։ Եթե Փաշինյանը ասում է՝ պատերազմ կլիներ, եթե Սյունիքի այդ հատվածը չհանձնեինք, ապա ուր մնաց ՌԴ նախագահի ստորագրությունը և երաշխիքը: Եթե դա էլ երաշխիք չէ, ինչու ենք այդ հայտարարությունը հերթով կատարում։ Բա որ հայտարարության կետերը կատարելուց հետո հիմա էլ ասեն Երևանը տվեք, դա էլ եք տալո՞ւ»,- ասաց Զոհրաբյանը։

Զոհրաբյանը շեշտեց, որ քաղաքացիների լռությունը ավելի խոցելի է դարձնելու այդ պայքարը և կոչ արեց բոլորին պայքարել՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար։
