ԵՄ-ն կոչ է անում պահպանել հրադադարը, անհապաղ ազատ արձակել գերիներին ու համագործակցել ականազերծման հարցերում․ հայտարարություն

Եվրամիության մամուլի խոսնակը հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հրադադարի մեկամյակի կապակցությամբ։

Հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Այս շաբաթ լրանում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված զինադադարի համաձայնագրից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և շրջակա տարածքներում ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման առաջին տարին։

ԵՄ-ն ցավում է այս ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում հասցված մարդկային կորուստների համար և իր զորակցությունն է հայտնում զոհվածների և վիրավորների ընտանիքներին։ Թեև ռազմական գործողությունները դադարել են, շատ առկախված հարցեր դեռևս լուծման կարիք ունեն՝ ուղի հարթելու դեպի բանակցային, համապարփակ և կայուն կարգավորում։ Մենք, մասնավորապես, կոչ ենք անում խստորեն պահպանել հրադադարը, անհապաղ ազատ արձակել մյուս բոլոր  գերիներին, լիակատար համագործակցել ականազերծման հարցում և թուլացնել լարվածությունը սահմանային շրջաններում։

ԵՄ-ն շարունակում է հավատարիմ  մնալ խաղաղ և բարեկեցիկ Հարավային Կովկասի խթանմանը և ակտիվորեն ներգրավված է խաղաղաշինության ու հետպատերազմական վերականգնման գործընթացներում: Մենք կարևոր դերակատարում ենք ստանձնել գերիների վերադարձի և ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզների  փոխանցման  գործում։  ԵՄ-ն նաև աջակցել է հակամարտության ազդակիր բնակչությանը՝ տրամադրելով ավելի քան 17 մլն եվրո մարդասիրական օգնություն, ներառյալ ականազերծման և վաղ վերականգնման նպատակով:  ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է նաև աջակցել սահմանների դեէսկալացիային և սահմանազատմանը` տրամադրելով տեխնիկական աջակցություն, ըստ կողմերի անհրաժեշտության, և խրախուսում է փոխկապակցվածությունն ու տնտեսական համագործակցության վերաբացումը Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում։

Ապագային ընդառաջ՝ համապարփակ կարգավորումն անհրաժեշտ է ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակ տևած հակամարտությանն ու տառապանքներին վերջ դնելու համար։ Այս նպատակին հետամուտ՝  ԵՄ-ն շարունակելու է ակտիվ կապի մեջ մնալ համապատասխան միջազգային գործընկերների, մասնավորապես՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ և լիովին աջակցում է նրանց՝ իրականացնելու իրենց մանդատը` աշխատանք տանելով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ բոլոր չլուծված խնդիրների համապարփակ լուծման ուղղությամբ»:
