Սոցիալապես անապահով սպառողների համար ջրի սակագինը չի բարձրանա. մնացածի համար քննարկվում է 200 դրամի տարբերակը
SOCIETYՀայաստանում նախատեսվում է 2022-ի հունվարի 1-ից սպառողների համար փոփոխել ջրի սակագինը, քննարկվում է ներկայիս 180 դրամի փոխարեն առաջիկա 10 տարվա համար կայուն գին՝ 200 դրամ սահմանելու տարբերակը, իսկ սոցիալապես անապահով խմբի սպառողների համար ջրի սակագինը նախատեսվում է չփոփոխել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը:
Ավելի վաղ «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը ջրի սակագինը շուրջ 43 դրամով բարձրացնելու, այսինքն մոտ 223 դրամ դարձնելու հայտ է ներկայացրել:
Հանձնաժողովն արդեն վերջացնում է Ջրային կոմիտեի և «Վեոլիա» ընկերության հետ քննարկումները՝ համաձայնագրի կնքման համար, որով նախատեսվում է, որ առաջիկա 10 տարվա կտրվածով վարձավճարների փոփոխություն չի լինի: «Այսինքն, կունենանք շուրջ 200 դրամի մոտ սակագի: Միաժամանակ շրջանառության մեջ է դրվում կառավարության որոշում, որով առաջարկվում է սոցիալապես անապահով սպառողների խումբ առանձնացնել, որոնց համար գինը չի բարձրանա»,-ասաց Բաղրամյանը:
Այս հարցով հանձնաժողովի նիստը կկայանա նոյեմբերի վերջին: Իսկ սակագնի հնարավոր փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ կմտնեն հունվարի 1-ից: Այսպիսով սոցիալապես անապահով խմբի սպառողների համար սակագինը չի բարձրանա, այս պահին քննարկվում է մնացածինը՝ 200 դրամի շրջանակներում:
Անդրադառնալով ընկերությունում մոնիթորինգի արդյունքներին՝ Բաղրամյանն ասաց, որ մոնիթորինգի արդյունքներն արդեն ամփոփել են: «Երեկ արձանագրությունն ուղարկվել է ընկերությանը: Շուրջ 2 մլն ջրի ծավալի ավելացում կլինի: Մոնիթորինգի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են որոշակի խախտումներ: Կավելացվի փաստացի ծավալը»,-ասաց ՀԾԿՀ նախագահը:
