Ադրբեջանի հետ կոմունիկացիաների բացման գործընթացում հայ ժողովրդի թիկունքում գործարքներ չեն արվի։ Sputnik Արմենիայի և 24News-ի հետ հարցազրույցում այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։
 
Նրա խոսքով` մեկ տարի առաջ Երևանի, Մոսկվայի ու Բաքվի միջև կնքված պայմանագրերը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, աշխատում են, թեև ոչ առանց խնդիրների ու ողբերգական միջադեպերի։

«Հակամարտության, տասնամյակներ շարունակ կուտակված հուզական լարվածության ֆոնին, մեկ տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության ֆոնին, կարելի է ասել, որ պայմանավորվածությունները գործում են և կարևոր դերակատարում ունեն արյունահեղությունը կանխելու, բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովման, իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման ուղիների որոնման առումով»,- ասաց Կոպիրկինը։

Դեսպանը հիշեցրել է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի պայմանավորվածությունների մշակման համար 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին հայտարարություն էր ընդունվել, որի համաձայն ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խումբ՝ կոմունիկացիաների վերաբացման նպատակով։
 
Նրա խոսքով` աշխատանքը հեշտ չէ։ Քննարկում են հաղորդակցությունների բացման տարբեր տարբերակներ։ Բոլոր աշխատանքները կառուցված են երկխոսության վրա, հիմնված կողմերի շահերի վրա։ Դեսպանի բնորոշմամբ` խոսքը ոչ թե ինչ-որ մեկին ինչ-որ բան պարտադրելու մասին է, այլ շահերի հավասարակշռության, փոխզիջումային տարբերակների, որոնք ձեռնտու կլինեն երկու կողմերին։

«Դրա համար, հավանաբար, ամեն ինչ չէ, որ տեղի է ունենում այնքան արագ, որքան մենք կցանկանայինք: Խնդիրն ընդհանուր շփման կետեր գտնելն է: Ոչ մի գործարք, ինչպես մտահոգվում են, շահերի հանձնում, դավաճանություն հայ ժողովրդի թիկունքում չի լինի` իհարկե նման տրամաբանությունը բացառվում է»,- նշել է դեսպանը։

Նա հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանը շատ զգույշ է աշխատում՝ հարգելով երկու կողմերի ինքնիշխանությունը։ Տվյալ դեպքում Մոսկվայի խնդիրն է ստեղծել առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններ փոխադարձ ընդունելի լուծումներ փնտրելու համար։
