«COVID-ային մատների» ախտանիշն ընդգրկված է կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների մոտ տարածված մաշկային դրսևորումների ցանկում։ Բժիշկները դա կապում են մի խումբ հիվանդությունների հետ, որոնք հիմնված են մարմնի տարբեր անոթների իմունոպաթոլոգիական բորբոքման վրա, գրում է «Известия» թերթը։

Ինչպես պարզաբանում է հրատարակությունը, այս ախտանիշն արտաքին տեսքով նման է ցրտահարության հետևանքներին։ Նկատվում է մաշկի կարմրություն, մատների և ոտքերի ծայրերի այտուցվածություն՝ բորբոքման օջախներով։

Medsi CDC-ի գլխավոր բժշկի տեղակալ Մարիա Պետինան «Известия»-ին հայտնել է, որ այս ախտանիշը սովորաբար հանդիպում է երեխաների և դեռահասների մոտ: Միաժամանակ, նա ընդգծել է, որ վերջին շրջանում դա ավելի ու ավելի է դրսևորվում ավագ տարիքային խմբի ներկայացուցիչների մոտ։

Ըստ Պետինայի՝ նման «կեղծ ցրտահարության» զարգացումը հիմնված է ոչ միայն իմունային համակարգի ռեակցիայի վրա, որի ժամանակ հակամարմինը սխալմամբ հարձակվում է մաշկի բջիջների վրա, այլև անոթների ներքին լորձաթաղանթը ծածկող բջիջների դիսֆունկցիայի վրա։ Բժիշկը զգուշացրել է, որ նման դրսևորումը կարող է ակնարկել մարմնում լուրջ խնդիրների մասին, քանի որ հենց այս դիսֆունկցիան է որոշում թրոմբոզի հաճախականությունը, ինչպես նաև սրտանոթային պաթոլոգիա ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ բարդությունների բարձր ռիսկը։

NAKFF ուռուցքաբանական կլինիկայի մաշկաբան և տրիկոլոգ Տատյանա Սուլիման կարծում է, որ մաշկի ցաները կարող են լինել COVID-19-ի առաջին նշաններից մեկը վաղ փուլերում: Ավելին, ցանը կարող է տեղայնացվել մարմնի ցանկացած մասում։
