«Ժողովուրդ». «Հաղթանակած» պարտությունից մեկ տարի անց
POLITICS«Նոյեմբերի 9-ի զինադադարի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից մեկ տարի է անցել: 44 օր «հաղթելու ենք» կարգախոսով ապրող հանրությունը ցավոտ իրականության մասին տեղեկացավ անակնկալ կերպով: Մոտ 30 տարի հայկական զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ անցած 7 շրջաններից զատ, Ադրբեջանին անցան նաեւ ԼՂԻՄ-ի մաս կազմող Հադրութն ու Շուշին, Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահներ տեղակայվեցին, ու Հայաստանը պարտավորվեց իր տարածքով ցամաքային կապ ապահովել Ադրբեջանի ու Նախիջեւանի միջեւ։
Ցավալի իրադարձությունից մեկ տարի անց առաջին բանը, որ գալիս է յուրաքանչյուր հայի մտքին, հետեւյալն է. իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք այսօր, ու ի՞նչ դասեր ենք քաղել կամ քաղե՞լ ենք առհասարակ: Տխրահռչակ հայտարարությունից հետո, որի կետերից մեկն էլ ռազմագերիների վերադարձին էր վերաբերում, մինչ օրս Բաքվում շարունակում են գերիներ մնալ:
Արցախի տարբեր շրջանների տնավեր դարձած քաղաքացիներն ահազանգում են բնակարային խնդիրների ու առանց սեփական տանիքի դեգերումների մասին: Մեկ տարի անց դեռ անհետ կորածներ ու, ցավոք, անհողաթումբ աճյուններ կան, իսկ ռազմի դաշտում հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած զինվորականները ու կամավորները, որ ոտք ու ձեռք են կորցրել, հաշմանդամության կարգ ձեռք բերելու համար ստիպված են սոցապծառայությունների առջեւ հերթ կանգնել: Պատերազից հետո՝ մեկ տարի անց, հարցերի հարցը շարունակում է հետեւյալը մնալ. օդն, ի վերջո, փա՞կ է, թե՞ ոչ:
Արդեն, սակայն, ոչ թե Արցախի օդը, այլ նաեւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության: Աղետի պես մեր գլխին թափվող անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, որ ոչ միայն ռազմի դաշտում, այլ նաեւ թիկունքում մահաբեր անձրեւի պես այրում ու մոխրացնում էին մեր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին, դեռ սպառնո՞ւմ են մեզ, թե՞ հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգը ցանկացած պահի կարող է նրանց տեղում չեզոքացնել: Այս ամենի պատասխանը, ցավոք, մինչ օրս «բայրաքթարների» տզզոցի նման օդից կախված է մնում»,-գրում է թերթը։
