Առևտրի կամուրջներ. Պատնեշների նվազեցում, նոր առևտրային կապերի ստեղծում և զարգացում․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2021թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին «RADISSON BLU HOTEL, YEREVAN» հյուրանոցում մեկնարկեց Հայաստանում ՓՄՁ-ների հավաքագրման տեղական համաժողովը՝ «ԱՌԵՎՏՐԻ ԿԱՄՈՒՐՋՆԵՐ» նախագծի շրջանակներում, որը անցկացվում է Սևծովյան ավազանի համատեղ գործառնական ծրագրի հովանո ներքո։ Ընդհանուր գրանցված էր 82 ընկերություն, որոնցից 16 –ը հանդիսանում են որպես ներմուծող ընկերություններ, մնացած 66-ը՝ արտադրող և/կամ արտահանող ընկերություն։ Կազմակերպիչներն են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատը և «Իվենթսենթր» ընկերությունը:
«ԱՌԵՎՏՐԻ ԿԱՄՈՒՐՋՆԵՐ» համատեղ նախագծի հիմնական նպատակներն են հանդիսանում ԵՄ գործընկեր չորս երկրների գյուղատնտեսության և այդ ոլորտի հետ առնչվող արտադրողների և սպառողների միջև առկա պատնեշների նվազեցումը, ԱՌԵՎՏՐԻ ԿԱՄՈՒՐՋՆԵՐԻ ՑԱՆՑԻ զարգացումը, ՓՄՁ վերապատրաստումների իրականացումը, «BRIDGES» միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը և արդյունքում՝ նոր առևտրային կապերի ստեղծումը և զարգացումը: Ծրագիրն առավել արդյունավետ իրականացնելու նպատակով նախապես անցկացվել են գյուղատնտեսական և հարակից ապրանքների միջազգային առևտրի հետազոտությունները, ինչպես նաև բացահայտվել են պոտենցիալ շահառու հանդիսացող ընկերությունները: Հետազոտությունները իրականացրել են այն ենթաոլորտների/ապրանքների բացահայտման նպատակով, որոնք կարող են նպաստել շահառու երկրների միջև բիզնես և առևտրային կապերի ամրապնդմանը:
Ակնկալվում է, որ ծրագիրը մշտական և շարունակական ազդեցություն կունենա գյուղատնտեսության և հարակից ոլորտների վրա, ինչպես նաև կընդլայնի արդեն հաստատված առևտրային կապերը: Համաժողովի ընթացքում մանրամասն ներկայացվեցին ծրագրի բնույթը, բովանդակությունը և անցկացման ընթացակարգերը, ինչպես նաև իրագործման եղանակները և ակնկալվող արդյունքները։
Մասնակիցների կողմից լրացված հարցաթերթիկների վերլուծության արդյունքում, առավելագույնը 10-օրյա ժամկետում կընտրվեն ծրագրի վերջնական շահառուները։ Ընտրության ողջ գործընթացը կանցկացվի բացառապես պարզ և թափանցիկ պայմաններում, բոլոր մասնակից ՓՄՁ-ները գրավոր կերպով կտեղեկացվեն արդյունքների վերաբերյալ։
Ծրագրի հաջորդ փուլերում կկազմակերպվեն վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ, «BRIDGES» միջոցառում Հայաստանում, ինչպես նաև կկազմակերպվի հայկական կողմից ընտրված ՓՄՁ-ների մասնակցությունը երկօրյա «BRIDGES» միջոցառումներին գործընկերներ երկրներում (Հունաստան, Մոլդովա, Ռումինիա)՝ յուրաքանչյուր երկիր կմեկնի 6 գնորդ Հայաստանից։ Նման միջոցառումները նպաստում են տարածաշրջանների գործարարների միջև արտադրական և առևտրային ուղղակի փոխշահավետ համագործակցության հաստատմանը:
