«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստը» նախորդ համարում անդրադարձել էր Փարաքար համայնքի բնակիչների բողոքին: Նրանք մեզ հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել էին, որ համայնքի գերեզմանատանը աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի հայրը՝ Արշակ Մկրտչյանը, արհեստական թումբ է սարքել, գլխաքար դրել՝ իբր այդտեղ մարդ կա թաղված: Նրանց խոսքերով, սակայն, նա ուղղակի զավթել է այդ տարածքը՝ որպես գերեզմանոցի տեղ: Արշակ Մկրտչյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ նախկինում այդտեղ եղել է քարհանքի տարածքը, սակայն հանքը դադարել է գործել: «Դիմել եմ Մերձավանի համայնքապետին, վերջին 10 տարվա մեջ խնդրել, 3-4 տեղ վերցրել: Գերեզմանոցը Փարաքարինն է, բայց քանի որ նախկինում եղել է հանքի տարածք, հիմա դա մտել է Մերձավանի վարչական տարածքի մեջ:
Ոչինչ ինքնագլուխ չեմ արել»,-նշել էր Մկրտչյանը: Խնդրի առնչությամբ կապ հաստատեցինք նաև Մերձավանի համայնքապետ Լևոն Գրիգորյանի հետ: Վերջինս էլ այս թնջուկի հետ կապված սեփական տեսակետը ներկայացրեց. «Ժամանակին ինձ մոտ եկել են գերեզմանոցի համար: Ճշտել եմ, որ այդ տարածքը մեր վարչական շրջանի տարածքում չէ, այլ Փարաքար համայնքի վարչական տարածքում: Գնացել եմ, ցույց տվել համայնքների սահմանները, իրենք այդտեղից գերեզմանոց են վերցրել, գիտեմ նաև, որ վերջերս ինչ-որ մեկի հուղարկավորությունն են կատարել:
Բայց վերջերս հանքի տարածքի վարձակալը զանգահարեց ինձ, ասաց՝ գերեզմանները, կարծես թե, մեր տարածք են մտնում: Գնացի, տեսա, որ ճանապարհի վրա գերեզմանոց է հայտնվել՝ գերեզմանաթումբ, ցանկապատ և այլն, հարցրեցի, թե սա ո՞վ է արել, սա արդեն Մերձավանի վարչական տարածքն է, ո՞վ է թույլ տվել քանդել: Ասացին, որ դա գերեզմանոց չէ, ուղղակի թումբ են արել, այդպես մնացել է: Հարցրեցի՝ ով է արել, ասացին Արշակը, բայց դա ես իրեն ցույց չեմ տվել: Ո՞նց կարող եմ իրեն Մերձավանի վարչական տարածքից հող տրամադրել, թեկուզ հուղարկավորության համար: Եթե այդ տարածքը հատկացված չէ գերեզմանատան համար, ինչպե՞ս կարող եմ տրամադրել իրեն որպես գերեզմանոցի տարածք:
Տվյալ տարածքի մասին, որ խոսվում է, քարտեզը հիմա ինձ մոտ է, գտնվում է Փարաքարի վարչական տարածքում, իսկ այդ մեկ գերեզմանատեղին, որտեղ որևէ մեկը թաղված չէ, Մերձավանի վարչական տարածքում է»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Գրիգորյանը: Նա նաև առաջարկեց զրուցել գերեզմանատան պահակի հետ. «Ավելի ճիշտ կլինի պահակին հարցնեք, ինքը ձեզ ամեն ինչ կպատմի»:
