ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը չի հանդուրժի էլեկտրաէներգիայի դեմ բողոքողների շարքում ագրեսիայի որևէ դրսևորում եւ կպատժի ցանկացած հարբածի: Այս մասին հայտարարեց Բաղրամյան պոտողա ժամանած ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը` կոչ անելով հավաքվածներին ուշադիր լինել իրենց շուրջը եւ հարբած մարդկանց թույլ չտալ մտնել նստացույցի տարածք:

 «Եթե մարդիկ իրենց սոցիալականպահանջն են ներկայացմում, մենք խնդիր չունենք,բայց երբ դրա տակ խաժամուժ է մտնում, զինվածմարդ է մտնում, նման դեպքերը չեն հանդուրժվում, կանխվում են անմիջապես: Մի պահպատկերացրեք` ինչ կնշանակի, երբ մի արկածախնդիր մի քար նետի»,-  հայտարարեց Գասպարյանը, ով կողմնակից է, որ բոլոր լուծումները լինեն քաղաքակիրթ եւ գործը ոստիկանին չհասնի:

Ոստիկանապետը վստահեցրեց, որ  ՀՀ Նախագահի հետ քննարկում է իրավիճակը: 

«Երբ կա օրինախախտում, ես դա պետք է կասեցնեմ, չկա օրինախախտում, ոստիկանությունն ապահովում է խաղաղ հավաքի անվտանգությունը: Ոստիկանների մեջ սադրիչներ չկան: Ես դա ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում եմ, նման հասկացություն չի կարող լինել` սադրիչ ոստիկան»,-ասաց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը` պատասխանատելով նաև քաղաքացիական համազգեստով ոստիկանների` հունիսի 23-ի պահվածքի մասին հարցին. «Եթե քաղաքացիական համազգեստով ոստիկանը խախտումներ է արել, այդքան տեսագրություն կա, ես կգտնեմ նրանց»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հունիսի 26-ի երեկոյան եւ 27-ի գիշերը Մաշտոցի պողոտան փակելու ցուցարարների վարքագծին, Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը հայտարարեց, որ չի հանդուրժի, որ Բաղրամյան փողոցի փակ լինելու հետ, փակվի նաև Մաշտոցի պողոտան:

Իսկ ոստիկանների եւ ցուցարարների միջև կենդանի պատ կազմած պատգամավորներին` սթափության կոչի մասին հարցին ի պատասխան ՀՀ ոստիկանապետն ասաց. 

«Կարծում եմ, որ եթե որպես դեկորացիա է, ֆիքսվելուհամար, պիտանի չէ, իսկ եթե եկել են սրտացավությամբ եւ ուզում են որևէ խնդիր լուծեն, թող իրենցփորձը տան երիտասարդներին, որ սադրիչներ չմտնեն նրանց մեջ: Տեղ-տեղ կենդանի պատըդեկորացիա է»:

Լրագրողներին էլ նա կոչ արեց խաղաղվել, հանգիստ աշխատել, քանի որ շաբաթ է` հանգստյան օր:

 «Ոչ մեկ ոչմեկի չի պատրաստվում վախեցնել, եթե օրինախախտումներ չլինեն, ոստիկանությունը որևէ քայլի չիդիմի»,-հայտարարեց ոստիկանապետը:

Հայաստանի Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը հունիսի 17-ին որոշում է կայացրելէլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնել 6,93 դրամով: Հունիսի 19ին Երևանի կենտրոնում`Ազատությանհրապարակում, մեկնարկել է բողոքի ակցիա`հանրահավաք, այնուհետև` նստացույց: 

Ակցիայի մասնակիցները հունիսի22 ին շարժվել են դեպի Բաղրամյան պողոտա` չենթարկվելով` հասարակական կարգը չխախտելու ոստիկանության հորդորներին: Ոստիկանությունը ջրցան մեքենաների կիրառմամբ հունիսի 23-ի առավոտյան ցրել էակցիան: Արդյունքում 237 մարդ բերման են ենթարկվել, 25-ը դիմել են բժիշկների օգնությանը: 

Հունիսի23 ի երեկոյան կրկին հավաք է անցկացվել Ազատության հրապարակում՝ վերածվելով երթի կրկին դեպի Բաղրամյանպողոտա, որտեղ էլ մինչև այժմ այն շարունակվում է: Ակցիայի մասնակիցները պանաջում են չեղյալ հայտարարելսակագնի բարձրացման որոշումը:
