Նրանք անցնում են մանաթի լողացող կուրսին, իսկ սա նշանակում է,որ Ալիև կրտսերի հոխորտանքները,թե Ադրբեջանը անպարտելի է,մենք փող ունենք և այլն մի մեծ փչված փուչիկ է,որը աստիճանաբար տրաքում է:

Նա հայտարարում էր,որ 4 միլիարդ դոլար է հատկացրել իր ռազմական բյուջենին, այսինքն 4միլիարդ դրամին համարժեք մանաթը հարյուր տոկոսով արժեզրկվեց, դոլարարային առումով պակասեց.... մի քիչ էլ իռացիոնալ քաղաքականություն,նավթի գների անկում,իսկ դա անխուսափելի է քանի-որ միտում է նկատվում,որ դոլարն արժեվորվելու է,իսկ դա ուղիղ համեմատական է այս պահին նավթի գների անկմանը, ու մեր Ադրբեջանը ստիպված պետք է լինի սոված ապրել,որ ռազմական ախորժակը հագեցնի:

Դա էլ իր հերթին Ադրբեջանում ներքին անկայուն իրավիճակ կստեղծի ու ալիևյան կլանը խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ կընկնի:

Նշենք, որ դրամն արժեզրկվել է 16-17 տոկոսով, իսկ ռուբլու, դոլարի և եվրոյի նկատմամբ` արժևորվել: Ստացվում է, որ դոլարը,ռուբլին և եվրոն ավելի շատ ինֆլյացիա են ապրել քան դրամը:
