«Կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ կառավարությունում ձևավորված հանձնաժողովը, որը զբաղվում է համավարակի ու պատվաստումների հարցերով, օրերս սկսել է բանակցություններ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի և ՀԷՑ-ի հետ։

Մեխանիզմներ են մշակում, որպեսզի հետագայում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ չպատվաստված քաղաքացիների համար գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի վարձավճարները թանկացնեն, ընդ որում՝ խոսքը գնում է մինչև 100% թանկացման մասին։ Այսինքն՝ այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք պատվաստված չեն, շուտով ստիպված կլինեն գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար վճարել կրկնակի։

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի՝ չեն թանկանա միայն այն հասցեների գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի վարձավճարները, որտեղ գրանցված անձանց առնվազն 80 տոկոսը պատվաստված է։ Այսինքն՝ անգամ եթե 5 մարդուց բաղկացած ընտանիքում 3-ը պատվաստված են, ապա դա բավարար չէ, առնվազն 4-ը պետք է պատվաստված լինեն, հակառակ դեպքում ստիպված կլինեն 2 անգամ ավել վճարել սպառած գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար։

Փաստորեն, կառավարությանը չի հուզում և չի հետաքրքրում նաև այն փաստը, որ շուտով ձմեռ է, և քաղաքացիները ստիպված են լինելու բնակարանների ջեռուցման նպատակով ավելի շատ գազ ու էլեկտրաէներգիա օգտագործել, և քաղաքացիների համար դժվարին այս եղանակին որոշել են թանկացնել գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի վարձավճարները, միայն թե ստիպեն քաղաքացիներին պատվաստվել։

Կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրը սա հիմնավորում է Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսից մահացությունների մեծ թվով, և որ դրա դեմ պայքարի միակ միջոցը պատվաստումն է»,-գրում է թերթը։
