«Հրապարակ».ՔՊ-ն ամեն գնով փորձեց զավթել իշխանությունը

Սյունիքի Տաթեւ համայնքում ոչ մի ուժ մեծամասնություն չստացավ` 15 մանդատից 7-ը ՔՊ-ինն է, 6-ը՝ «Շանթ դաշինքինը», 2-ը` «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությանը։ ՔՊ-ն ամեն գնով փորձեց զավթել իշխանությունը․ նախ վերահաշվարկ պահանջեց, անվավերներից մի քանիսը վավեր ճանաչվեցին։ Սակայն 1 քվե էր պակասում, որպեսզի համայնքապետ ընտրեին, ուստի դիմեց վարչական դատարան` ընտրությունները չեղարկելու պահանջով, կրկին մերժվեց։ Երեկ էլ ՔՊ-ն հրաժարվել է վերցնել ավագանու մանդատները ու հիմա նոր դավադրություն է հյուսում։
Նշենք, որ մանդատները հանձնելուց հետո 20-օրյա ժամկետում գործող համայնքապետը կամ ԺՊ-ն պետք է նիստ հրավիրի, եւ համայնքապետ ընտրվի։ Համայնքի գործող ԺՊ, ՔՊ թեկնածու Արթուր Մաթեւոսյանը երեկ չպատասխանեց մեր հարցին, թե երբ է նիստ հրավիրելու, ասաց՝ մարզպետարանը երբ որոշում ընդունի, կհրավիրեն: Բայց չէ՞ որ դա Ձեր իրավասությունն է` հակադարձեցինք մենք։ Նա չընդունեց, իսկ երբ հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե ինչու չեն վերցրել մանդատները, ասաց, որ զբաղված է եւ չի կարող մեր հարցերին պատասխանել։
«Շանթ դաշինքի» հիմնադիր Շահեն Հարությունյանը հաստատեց ՔՊ-ի կողմից մանդատները չվերցնելու փաստը․ «Այո, իշխանությունն ամեն ինչի պատրաստ է, բայց պետք է սպասել իրենց գործողություններին։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ իշխանությունը պետք է ընդունի, որ պարտվել է, իրենք Սյունիքի գրեթե բոլոր համայնքներում պարտվեցին, բացառությամբ Տեղի, այն էլ՝ բացառիկ անօրինականություններ իրականացնելով։ Հետեւաբար, ամեն ինչ անելու են, որ Տաթեւում էլ իրավիճակ փրկեն»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության հետ կոալիցիոն համաձայնությանը, Հարությունյանն ասաց․ «Բավականին դրական բանակցություններ են ընթանում, եթե վերջնական համաձայնության գանք, կոալիցիոն հուշագիրը կներկայացնենք հանրությանը»։
