Շուրջ 53 հազար փախստականներ արդեն վերադարձել են. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտնում է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները հանդես են գալիս որպես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ձեռք բերված հրադադարի ռեժիմի երաշխավոր, նրանց ջանքերի շնորհիվ շուրջ 53 հազար փախստականներ արդեն վերադարձել են իրենց տները։
«ՏԱՍՍ»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակվել է Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին հայտարարության ստորագրման տարելիցի կապակցությամբ։
«Ե՛վ Բաքուն, և՛ Երևանը համակարծիք են, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտը վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հաստատակամորեն ապահովել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը, իրեն դրսևորել է որպես տարածաշրջանում կայունության և անվտանգության հուսալի երաշխավոր»,- ասվում է փաստաթղթում։ «Տարածաշրջանում հետզհետե բարելավվում է խաղաղ կյանքը: Դա ակնհայտորեն վկայում է այն փաստը, որ շուրջ 53 հազար փախստականներ արդեն վերադարձել են իրենց տները, մասնավորապես, ջրամատակարարման և կապի համակարգերն օգնում են բերքի ապահովմանը»,- հավելել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն։
Բացի այդ՝ ռուս խաղաղապահներն ակտիվորեն նպաստում են գերիների փոխանակմանը, մշակութային, պատմական և կրոնական հուշարձանների պահպանմանը, ուխտավորներին ուղեկցում են կրոնական պաշտամունքի վայրեր:
