Ամբողջ աշխարհում հասրակությանը մտահոգող ցանկացած խնդիր ունի բարձրաձայնման կարիք: Այնուհետև այդ բարձրաձայնումը պիտի ձևակերպվի որպես հասարակության համար անհանսգտության առարկա: Վերոնշյալ բոլոր քայլերն իրականացվում են հարցը քաղաքական հարթություն բարձրացնելու համար, այն քաղաքականացնելու համար:
Հարցի քաղաքականացում նշանակում է քաղաքական գործիքակազմով դրա լուծմանը հասնել: Իսկ քաղաքկաան գործիքակազմը պետական կառավարման համակարգում որոշումների կայացման մեթոդաբանության մշակման անբաժան մասն է:
 
Այսինքն, ամրագրելով հիմնախնդիրը որպես քաղաքական միավորի ծրագրային դրույթ կամ ընթացիկ խնդիր: Սրանք դասագրքային ճշմարտություններ են:
Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, եթե մենք ուզում ենք, որ մեր երկրում լուծվեն մեր անվտանգային հարցերը, գերիների խնդիրը, Արցախի հարցը, սոցիալական բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, ուսանողական, կրթական, առողջապահական, գյուղատնտեսական, ջրօգտագործում ու այլ բազում հարցեր ապա դրանք պիտի դառնան քաղաքական քննարկումների առարկա: Այս բոլորը և մնացյալը ունեն բացառապես լուծման մեկ ճանապարհ` քաղաքական համախմբում և որպես դրա արդյուք` լուծում: Եվ իհարկե նշանակությունն ունի, թե որ քաղաքական միավորն եք ընտրում:
 
Ձեզ շարունակաբար խաբում են, ասելով որ քաղաքական լուծում չունեն խնդիրները և այն պետք է լուծել միայնակ: Ամեն անգամ այդ խաբեությունը բերում է նոր հիասթափության, չլուծման և հերթական անգամ Ձեզ դարձնում են ոստիկանական բռնաճնշումների թիրախ: Մի քաղաքականացրեք ասողները շատ լավ հասկանում են քաղաքական լուծման ուժն ու իրատեսությունը, դրա համար ձեզ շարունակաբար թուլացնում ու պառակտում են ասելով մի քաղաքականցրեք: Չքաղաքականացնելը հավասար է խնդրի լուծման հնարավորությունը վերացնելուն:
