Երեկ, կառավարության որոշմամբ, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանն ազատվեց Շիրակի մարզպետի պաշտոնից։ Ազատման որոշումը չզեկուցվող հարցերի մեջ էր, այդ պատճառով նիստի ժամանակ չհայտարարվեց։ Մինչդեռ նախկինում, երբ նոր մարզպետ էր նշանակվում, նիստի օրը հայտարարվում էր ե՛ւ գործող մարզպետի ազատման, ե՛ւ նորի նշանակման մասին։

Նշենք․ մամուլում գրվել է, որ Հարությունյանի փոխարեն Շիրակի մարզպետ է նշանակվելու ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը։ Նա հոկտեմբերի 29-ին մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել, սակայն մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կարող է հետ վերցնել դիմումը։ Թե ինչու նոր մարզպետի նշանակումը տեղի չունեցավ, թերեւս սպասում են՝ մեկ շաբաթը լրանա, մանդատից զրկվի, նոր նշանակեն։

Հարցին, թե նշանակվելո՞ւ եք մարզպետ, նախօրեին Բաղդասարյանն ասել էր․ «Իսկապես չգիտեմ, չունենք դեռ որոշում»։
