Արարատ Միրզոյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԵԽ կողմից տրամադրվող աջակցությունն՝ ուղղված Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդմանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՆոյեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովում Հայաստանի պարտավորությունների հարցով համազեկուցողներ, ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ֆինլանդիայի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Կիմո Կիլյունենին և Շվեդիայի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Բորիանա Աբերգին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցները գոհունակություն են հայտնել Հայաստան-Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ (ԵԽ) արդյունավետ համագործակցության կապակցությամբ: Արարատ Միրզոյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԵԽ կողմից տրամադրվող աջակցությունն՝ ուղղված Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդմանը, օրենքի գերակայության ապահովմանը և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության առաջմղմանը՝ նշելով, որ այս ոլորտներում առանցքային բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու գործում ԵԽ-ն Հայաստանի կարևոր գործընկերներից է։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել 44-օրյա պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրերից ԵԽ տարբեր մարմինների, մասնավորապես՝ ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի համազեկուցողների, ինչպես նաև հանձնաժողովի կողմից ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններն ու կոչերը։
Հայկական կողմն ընդգծել է, որ ԵԽ-ին անդամակցելիս և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանը պարտավորվել են բացառապես խաղաղ միջոցներով կարգավորել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանի կողմից պատերազմի սանձազերծումը Եվրոպայի խորհրդի առջև ստանձնած այս պարտավորության բացահայտ խախտում էր։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով առաջացած հումանիտար խնդիրներին: Այս համատեքստում ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շեշտել է միջազգային կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ ԵԽ իրավասու մարմինների՝ Արցախում անխոչընդոտ ներգրավվածության կարևորությունը։
Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է հայ ռազմագերիների և այլ պահվող անձանց անվերապահ հայրենադարձման անհրաժեշտությունը: Այս առումով, նախարար Միրզոյանը կարևորել է 2021թ. ապրիլին հայ ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նստաշրջանում կայացած ընթացիկ քննարկումը և 2021թ. սեպտեմբերին պատերազմի հումանիտար հետևանքների վերաբերյալ զեկույցի ընդունումը:
Ընդգծվել է նաև Արցախի՝ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներում հայկական կրոնական ու պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման հարցի կարևորությունը:
