Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը պաշտոնապես ստանձնեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը

Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը պաշտոնապես ստանձնեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 4-ին քաղաքապետարանի նիստերի դահլիճում տեղի ունեցավ նորընտիր քաղաքապետի երդմնակալությունը: Ձեռքը՝ Աստվածաշնչին ու Սահմանադրությանը՝ Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը երդվեց ծառայել համայնքի բարգավաճմանը: 

«Ստանձնելով Գյումրի համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը երդվում եմ. պահպանել ՀՀ սահմանադրությունը, օրենքները, համայնքի ավագանու որոշումները, ազնվորեն և բարեխղճորեն կատարել համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունները: Ծառայել համայնքի բարգավաճմանը, գործել ի բարօրություն բնակիչների: Պարտավորվում եմ պաշտպանել համայնքի իրավունքները, օրինական շահերը և սեփականությունը: Ուժերիս անմնացորդ նվիրումով սատարել ժողովրդի հավատին, նպաստել նրա նյութական և հոգևոր վերելքին»,- իր երդման խոսքում նշեց Վարդգես Սամսոնյանը:

Քաղաքապետի երդման խոսքն ի պահ տրվեց քաղաքի պատմության թանգարանին:

Նորընտիր քաղաքապետին հանձնվեց քաղաքի խորհրդանշական բանալին և Գյումրիի զինանշանը պատկերող լանջաշղթան:

Վարդգես Սամսոնյանին Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդի անունից օրհնության խոսք հղեց Տեր Վարուժան քահանա Տերտերյանը՝ քաղաքապետին անսպառ ուժ, եռանդ, քաջառողջություն մաղթելով:

«Թող այն բարեկարգումների ու բարեփոխումների շարունակողը լինեք, ինչն այսօր բոլորս տեսնում ենք քաղաքում: Ցանկանում եմ, որ Ձեր քաղաքապետության տարիներին ամեն մի գյումրեցի զգա, գիտակցի ու ազնիվ մտածում ունենա, որ օր ու գիշեր իրենց մասին մտածող ու մտահոգվող կա: Վստահ եմ՝ Ձեր գիշերը ցերեկ կդարձնեք քաղաքն առավել լուսավոր պայծառ և բարեկարգ դարձնելու համար»,-իր խոսքում նշեց Տեր Վարուժան քահանան:
