«Հրապարակ».Հրաժարվել են ՔՊ առաջարկից, որ չհայտնվեն իշխանության «հաճախորդների» ցանկում

Հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Մեղրիի ընտրություններից հետո ավագանու 15 մանդատից 6-ը բաժին է ընկել «Հանրապետություն», 5-ը՝ ՔՊ, 2-ական մանդատ՝ Ազատական եւ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցություններին։ Որեւէ ուժ չի ստացել բացարձակ մեծամասնություն, իսկ համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրությանը 8 կողմ է հարկավոր։ Երեկ մեզ հետ զրույցում ՔՊ թեկնածու, համայնքի ղեկավարի ԺՊ Արարատ Թումանյանն ասել էր, թե բանակցում են բոլորի հետ, որ ՔՊ-ից լինի համայնքապետը՝ «բանակցությունները դրական ընթացք ունեն»։ Սակայն պարզվեց, որ նա փորձել է ցանկալին իրականության տեղ անցկացնել:
Երեկ համաձայնության եկան «Հանրապետությունը» եւ Ազատականը` պայմանավորվելով 5 տարվա պաշտոնավարումը կիսել․ 2,5 տարի՝ մեկը, 2,5՝ մյուսը: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի «Ապրելու երկիր»-ին, ապա հասկանալով, որ այս պահին է ձեւավորվում տպավորությունը, թե իրենք ով են, ուստի որոշել են ապացուցել, որ իրենք ինքնուրույն ուժ են, այլ ոչ թե իշխանության կցորդը, եւ հրաժարվել են ՔՊ առաջարկից, որ չհայտնվեն իշխանության «հաճախորդների» ցանկում: Մանավանդ, իրենց ունեցած 2 մանդատը հարցի լուծում չէր` ՔՊ-ի հետ միանալու դեպքում դա կկազմեր 7 մանդատ, որը բավարար չէր համայնքապետ ընտրելու համար:
Սամվել Բաբայանի կուսակցությունն էլ սողոմոնյան որոշում է կայացրել` միանալ «Հանրապետությանը» եւ կիսել իշխանությունը՝ մեխանիկորեն, ինչն աննախադեպ է ՀՀ ՏԻՄ-երի պատմության մեջ: Սակայն քանի որ իշխանությունը գերխնդիր է դարձրել նվաճել բոլոր համայնքները, անգամ եթե իր թեկնածուն պարտվել է, եւ դրա համար ոչնչի առաջ չեն կանգնում, ինչպես արեցին Գյումրիում` իրավապահների ճնշումների ներքո կոալիցիոն հուշագիր պարտադրելով «Բալասանյան դաշինքին», ուստի չի բացառվում, որ Մեղրիում էլ պրոցեսները շարունակվեն: Թեեւ, իհարկե, Արամ Սարգսյանին, Սամվել Բաբայանին եւ Մեղրիի նորընտիր քաղաքապետին դժվար է ընդդիմադիր համարելը:
