Նոյեմբերի 1-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 00:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գունդ ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արամի փողոցի 35 հասցեում վիճաբանություն է: Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը,  Երևանի գնդից տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է պարեկային ծառայության  2-րդ գումարտակի  2-րդ վաշտ, որտեղից պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանտար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Ռոման Միրզախանյանի  գլխավորությամբ  կարճ ժամանակում հասնելով նշված հասցեում գործող «Մանոթո» դիսկո ակումբ, այնտեղից խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժին են բերման ենթարկել  37-ամյա  Սեյեդ Նուրոլահին, 24-ամյա  Արաշ  Թավաքոլիին, 25-ամյա  Էմադ  Հոսեինխանին,  22-ամյա  Ամիր  Բաբազադեին , 19-ամյա  Հասան  Փավինին,  35-ամյա  Ահմադ Ասղարիին, 39-ամյա  Հաշեմ Թաշաքորին և 33-ամյա Սոհեյլա Ավշարին:

 Այնուհետև ժամը 04:40-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության կենտրոնական  բաժին է հրավիրվել Երևանի բնակիչ, 40-ամյա Ռոբերտ Հ.-ն, ով հայտնել է, որ  ոստիկանների ստացած տեղեկությունները հավաստի են: Այն է ՝ ժամը 00.30-ից մինչև ժամը 01.00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, նշված ակումբում բերման ենթարկվածները և նրանց ընկերները բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հաճախորդների և աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ, ձեռքերով, ոտքերով և այլ առարկաներով հարվածել են ակումբի հաճախորդներին ու աշխատակիցներին, վնասել ակումբի գույքը, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը՝ խաթարել են ակումբի բնականոն աշխատանքը:

 Այնուհետև ակումբի հաճախորդներ, 34-ամյա Հեջման Ֆախարիինը,  Երևանի բնակիչ, 36-ամյա Հրաչյա Վ.-ն,  27-ամյա Փեդրամ Քավուսինը, 25-ամյա Ամիր Չեղալվադը, բացատրություններ են տվել, որ պարեկների կողմից բերման ենթարկվածները և նրանց ընկերները ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածել են իրենց մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում:
