ՔՊ-ն է որոշել, որ ես պետք է մասնակցեմ ընտրություններին

Աբովյան քաղաքի ավագանու ընտրություններին ՔՊ-ի ցուցակով քաղաքապետի թեկնածու է առաջադրվել Հայանտառ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Պավել Ցուգունյանը։ Այս թեմայով 1or.am կայքը զրուցել է Պավել Ցուգունյանի հետ։
- Պարոն Ցուգունյան, դուք Աբովյան քաղաքի ավագանու ընտրություններում լինելու եք ՔՊ քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն և գլխավորելու եք ցուցակը: Ինչո՞ւ որոշեցիք մասնակցել ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին՝ հաշվի առնելով ձեր ներկայիս պաշտոնը։
- Նախ և առաջ քաղաքական թիմը որոշեց առաջադրել իմ թեկնածությունը։ Ես շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում իմ թիմին վստահության համար, ես քաղաքական թիմից եմ, և իմ քաղաքական թիմը որոշեց, թե որ պաշտոնում է ինձ ավելի լավ պատկերացնում:
-Ի՞նչ առաջնային և կարևոր խնդիրներ եք տեսնում Աբովյանում, որ ընտրվելուց հետո պատրաստ եք լուծել:
- Նախ ուզում եմ ասել, որ Աբովյանում գործող այն կարծրատիպն եմ կոտրելու, որ այլևս պլանավորված կառավարում չի լինելու, և քաղաքային իշխանությունը լինելու է ժողովրդինը։ Բոլորին է հայտնի, որ Աբովյանում մինչ այս եղել են պլանավորված և կանխատեսելի արդյունքներով ընտրություններ, և այդ կարծրատիպը պետք է ջարդենք։ Ինչ վերաբերում է առկա խնդիրներին, ապա կարող եմ ասել, որ խնդիրները բազմազան են։ Ունենք մայթերի խնդիրներ, կանգառների խնդիրներ՝ տարիներ շարունակ մեր կանգառները վերածվել է խանութների, փողոցների վիճակն է անբարեկարգ այն առումով, որ առևտրի կետերը այնքան մոտ են բերել, որ անցումները բավականին նեղացել է։ Ունենք երկու հրաշալի շուկաներ, որոնք ևս պետք է բարեկարգենք, և հասարակությունը կարողանա օգտվել քաղաքային շուկաներից։ Աբովյանում առկա խնդիրներից են նաև վերելակների, աղբահանության խնդիրները, որոնք ևս լուծելու ենք։
- Հայաստանում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը բավականին լարված է։ Ինչպե՞ս կգնահատեք Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումները, իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն փոխհարաբերությունները:
- Անկեղծ ասած, ես կցանկանայի, որ մենք ունենայինք առողջ ընդդիմություն, որպեսզի մեր խնդիրները ասեր, մեզ աշխատացներ, բայց այս պահին մենք խորհրդարանում չունենք նման ընդդիմություն: Կարելի է ասել, որ իրենք եկել են ոչ թե մեզ օգնելու, որ երկիրը զարգացնենք, այլ եկել են մեզ խանգարելու։
