Կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ Ամանորի տոնական օրերը կրճատվելու «ճանապարհին» են: ԱԺ-ն արդեն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է օրենքի նախագիծը: Այս տեսքով օրենքն ամբողջովին ընդունելու դեպքում ոչ աշխատանքային կլինեն միայն դեկտեմբերի 31-ը, հունվարի 1-ը և 6-ը: Ընդդիմությունն առաջարկում է հանգստյան թողնել նաև հունվարի 2-ը, Մայր աթոռը՝ նաև հունվարի 5-ն ու 7-ը: Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի խոսքով, այս որոշումն օգուտի փոխարեն վնաս է տալու տնտեսությանը, իսկ պատասխանատուների հիմնավորումները ծիծաղ են առաջացնում:

Նա «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հայտնել է, որ հստակ ոլորտներ տուժելու են այս որոշումից: Շեշտելով «երբեք չփոխել հինը, եթե հիմնավորված չէ նոր փոփոխության ավելի դրական լինելը» սկզբունքը՝ նա ընդգծեց. «Այո, վատ էր տասն օր տանը մնալը, ինչի պատճառները շատ են, բայց եթե այս ամենը հանգամանալից չի վերլուծվել, նոր փոփոխության առավելությունը հստակ չի ներկայացվել, չի կարելի այն ընդունել: Կան բազմաթիվ հիմնավորումներ, թե այս որոշումն ինչու ազդեցություն չի թողնելու տնտեսության վրա: Ամանօրին, ամեն դեպքում, ձևավորված ավանդույթներ գոյություն ունեն: Մարդիկ սննդի կուտակումներ են իրականացնում: Այս պարագայում դեկտեմբերին արդեն շատ ավելի քիչ կուտակում կիրականացվի:
