«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երբեմն տպավորություն է, թե ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները պարզապես զբաղված են ընդդիմությանն ամեն հարցում հակադարձելով՝ առանց փաստարկների, առանց բովանդակային քննարկման, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ թեմայի մասին է խոսքը: Ընդ որում, հաճախ հակադարձման մեթոդների մեջ խտրականություն չեն դնում ու, որպես կանոն, առաջնորդվում են «բա դուք...» սկզբունքով, ճիշտ երեխաների՝ բակային վեճերի նման՝ «сам дурак»:
Օրինակ՝ երբ մայիսի 12-ին «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը հայտարարեց Սև լճի տարածքում իրավիճակի լարման ու ադրբեջանցիների առաջխաղացման մասին, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը փորձեց «լղոզել» թեման. «Թող Վահե Հակոբյանը պանիկա չտարածի. թող ուղղաթիռից իջներ, ավտոմատը վերցներ, գնար տղաների կողքը կանգներ»։
Ընդ որում, հետո Վահե Հակոբյանի հայտարարության իսկությունը հաստատեց հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Ի դեպ, ուղղաթիռի թեման, ինչպես երևում է, շարունակում է ակտուալ մնալ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի համար։ Նա նույն համառությամբ օգոստոսի 10-ին ԱԺ-ում հարց ուղղեց Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետին. «Ձեր ուղղաթիռը կա՞։ Կարո՞ղ եք ասել՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում մեր զինված ուժերի համար օգտակար եղա՞վ այդ ուղղաթիռը, Սիսիանից վիրավորներ կարողացա՞վ տեղափոխել դեպի Երևան»։ «Ես երբևիցե չեմ ունեցել ուղղաթիռ, դա Պաշտպանության բանակի ուղղաթիռն է եղել»,- պատասխանել է Վահե Հակոբյանը։
«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, Քոչարյանը շատ լավ տեղյակ է եղել, թե ինչ ուղղաթիռի մասին է խոսքը. դա զինված ուժերից ճշտելը ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի համար ոչ մի բարդություն չէր ներկայացնում: Ընդհանրապես, տպավորություն է, որ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի իշխանական անդամներն ու մասնավորաբար այդ հանձնաժողովի նախագահը երկրի առջև ծառացած բարդագույն խնդիրներով զբաղվելու փոխարեն զբաղված են բացառապես հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ չընտրելով կամ ընդդիմադիրներին հակադարձելով: Հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ չի ընտրվում ամեն շաբաթ, տեսնենք՝ ուղղաթիռի թեման հաջորդ անգամ երբ նորից կբարձրացնեն:
