Կիպրոսի իշխանությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել Թուրքիայում ապօրինի զորավարժությունների մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈւրբաթ Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները Navtex միջազգային ավտոմատ նախազգուշացման համակարգում երկու ծանուցում են ուղարկել միջերկրածովյան նավերի կապիտաններին՝ Կիպրոսի ափերի մոտ Թուրքիայի ծրագրված զորավարժությունների անօրինականության մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է «ՏԱՍՍ»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Կիպրոսի լրատվական գործակալությանը։
Լառնակա քաղաքի Փրկարարների համակարգման միացյալ կենտրոնի կողմից ուղարկված ծանուցումները կիպրական կողմի պատասխանն էին թուրքական կողմից նախկինում տարածված հաղորդագրություններին՝ նոյեմբերին կղզու հյուսիսային հատվածում երկու ռազմածովային զորավարժություններ անցկացնելու մասին նույն համակարգի միջոցով ուղարկված հաղորդագրություններին։ Առաջին զորավարժությունների վայրը պետք է լինի Ֆամագուստա ծովածոցը, իսկ երկրորդը՝ Անդրեյ Առաքյալի հրվանդանի շրջակայքը՝ Կիպրոսի Կարպասիա թերակղզու ծայրին:
Ծանուցման մեջ ասվում է, որ այդ զորավարժություններն անօրինական են եւ խախտում են Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության տարածքային ջրերը։
Կիպրոս կղզին էթնիկական հիմքով բաժանվել է 1974 թվականին Թուրքիա զինված ներխուժումից հետո, որը հրահրվել էր կղզու` Հունաստանին միացնելու կողմնակիցների կողմից պետական հեղաշրջման արդյունքում: Ռազմական գործողությունների արդյունքում Կիպրոսի տարածքի մոտավորապես 37 տոկոսը գտնվում էր Թուրքիայի վերահսկողության տակ, որում 1983 թվականին ձեւավորվեց Հյուսիսային Կիպրոսի ինքնահռչակ թուրքական Հանրապետությունը (ՀԿԹՀ)։ Կղզու հարավային մասը մնաց Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության վերահսկողության տակ, որը հիմնականում բնակեցված է կիպրացի հույներով։
ՀԿԹՀ-ն ճանաչող միակ երկիրը Թուրքիան է, որը միաժամանակ չի ճանաչում Կիպրոսի Հանրապետությունը որպես պետություն, ընդ որում՝ 1963 թվականից, երբ կղզում փլուզվեց կառավարությունում երկհամայնքային ներկայացուցչության համակարգը։ Անկարայում եւ ՀԿԹՀ-ում Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների համար օգտագործվում է «Կիպրոսի հունական վարչակազմ» տերմինը։
Միջազգային փաստաթղթերում Կիպրոսի ամբողջ կղզին համարվում է մեկ երկիր։ Կիպրոսի հունական հարավում կղզու հյուսիսային հատվածը, որտեղ բնակվում է թուրքական համայնքը, կոչվում է «թուրքական զորքերի կողմից օկուպացված Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության տարածքներ», իսկ ՀԿԹՀ-ն «կեղծ պետություն» են կոչում։
