«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթն իր նախորդ հրապարակումներից մեկում տեղեկացրել էր, որ հոկտեմբերի 17-ի ընտրություններից հետո իշխանությունների պլանները մարզերում գլխիվայր շրջվել են: Նշել էինք, որ իշխանության ակտիվիստների ու «ձայն կպցնողների» շրջանում իրական խառնաշփոթ է, և նրանք փորձում են լքել իշխանության «նավը»։
Այս առումով թերթին վերջին օրերին պարբերաբար նոր տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ մի շարք համայնքներում վիճակն էլ ավելի է բարդացել. բանն այն է, որ իշխանության տեղական ներկայացուցիչները, նույնիսկ նրանք, որոնք անգամ պատերազմից հետո են շարունակել մնալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նվիրյալներն ու տեղերում առաջատար քարոզիչները, իսկ հունիսի 20-ի ընտրությունների ժամանակ «քափուքրտինք մտած» պայքարել են ՔՊ-ի համար ձայներ ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, այս օրերին խոր հիասթափություն են ապրում և դժգոհում են իշխանության վերնախավի պահվածքից ու որոշումներից։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է թե՛ համայնքների ղեկավարների մի շարք թեկնածուների ընտրությանը, որոնց հենց տեղերի կուսակցականներն են դեմ, թե՛ տեղերի կառույցների հանդեպ կուսակցական «վերնախավի» վերաբերմունքին:
Թերթի հետ զրույցում ՔՊ-ի մարզային պատասխանատուներից մեկը, ով չցանկացավ, որ իր անունը հիշատակվի, նշել է, թե անգամ իրենց հեռախոսազանգերին չեն պատասխանում, չեն մասնակցում տարբեր համայնքներում կազմակերպված միջոցառումներին, անգամ զոհված զինծառայողի հուշաքարի բացման միջոցառման մասնակցությունն են մերժել «վերևից»։
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ նման մոտեցումները և արդյունքում մարզային ակտիվիստների պասիվացումն, ըստ էության, բազմաթիվ բնակավայրերում կարող է հանգեցնել իշխանական թեկնածուների կրախի։
