Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա համայնքի Բաբաջանյան փողոցի 98/4, 98/7, 98/8 շենքերի խմելու ջրի խողովակը շարքից դուրս է եկել, թաղամասի բնակիչներն ամբողջ օրը զրկված են խմելու ջրից, կենտրոնական փողոցում բացված փոսն ու կոյուղաջրի հոտն էլ իր հերթին է անհարմարություն պատճառում: Պարզվում է՝ խնդիրը նոր չէ, դեռևս անցած տարվա նոյեմբերից թաղամասում դիտահորերի խնդիր կա, ինչի մասին բազմիցս տեղեկացրել են պատկան մարմիններին, բայց` ապարդյուն։

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ը զրուցեց համատիրության կառավարիչ Գեղամ Կարապետյանի հետ՝ պարզելու խնդրի առաջացման պատճառը․ «Այսօր գազի խողովակը վերանորոգելիս «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի մեքենան պատահաբար հարվածել և կոտրել է խմելու ջրի խողովակը։ Չորս անգամ զանգելուց հետո «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության աշխատակիցները եկել, փոսը խորացրել են, խողովակը կտրել են, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով ծայրերը կապել ու գնացել։ Բնակիչները մտահոգություն ունեն, որ դիտահորերի լցված լինելու պատճառով կեղտաջրերը կարող են լցվել այդ հորը ու խառնվել խմելու ջրի հետ։ Եթե դեմը չառնենք, արդյունքում` շենքերի բնակիչները կարող են թունավորվել։ Ես զանգել եմ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» կոյուղու վթարի համար, հետո խմելու ջրի համար, այնուհետև իմ  մտավախությունը հայտնելու համար, բայց դեռևս խնդրին լուծում չի տրվել։ Չեն գալիս, չեն անում, որովհետև բարձիթողի վիճակ է․ իրենց ոչ ոք չի պատժում»,- ասաց համատիրության կառավարիչը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ խնդիրը 11 ամիս է` կա, ինչն էլ դարձել է շենքերի առաջին հարկերի խոնավեցման պատճառը․ «Կարծում եմ՝ Բաբաջանյան փողոցին հարող տարածքում «Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհի կառուցման հետևանքով քարեր են ընկել մեծ հորի մեջ։ Այս ամիսների ընթացքում ամիսը մի քանի անգամ զանգել եմ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերություն, տեղեկացրել խնդրի մասին և խնդրել, որպեսզի գան, մաքրեն դիտահորերը։ 11 ամսվա ընթացքում ընդամենը 4 անգամ են մաքրել, սակայն 3-4 օր հետո նորից սկսել է լցվել»։ 

Գեղամ Կարապետյանը հավելեց նաև՝ օրեր առաջ էլ զանգահարել է «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերություն և տեղեկացրել, որ թաղամասում տեղի է ունենալու 44-օրյա պատերազմում նահատակված Գևորգ Կարապետյանի հուշաքարի բացման արարողությունը՝ խնդրելով գոնե դա հաշվի առնելով վերացնել խնդիրը, քանի որ հյուրեր են լինելու․ ««Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության տնօրեններին հրավիրել էի հուշարձանի բացմանը, ասացի՝ եկեք 10 րոպե շնչեք այդ օդը, բայց նույնիսկ այդ դեպքում չեկան խնդիրը վերացնելու։ Եթե մեզ էլ չեն հարգում` գոնե մեր զինվորներին հարգեն»,- նշեց նա։  

ԼՈԻՐԵՐ․com-ը մեկնաբանություն ստացավ նաև «Վեոլիա Ջուր ընկերության մամուլի խոսնակ Մուրադ Սարգսյանից, ով մեզ հետ զրույցում վստահեցրեց, որ աշխատակիցներն ամեն բան անում են` խողովակը վերանորոգելու համար․ «Խնդիրն այն է, որ մենք մեղք չունենք, գազավիկներն աշխատելիս պայթեցրել են ջրագիծը։ Ու թեև իրենց պատճառով է առաջացել խնդիրը, բայց մերոնք այս պահին աշխատում են ու փորձում են վերանորոգել խողովակը»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը։
