«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես երևում է, գործող իշխանությունների վիճակը, շատ մեղմ ասած, այնքան էլ լավ չէ մի շարք համայնքներում՝ կապված առաջիկայում սպասվող ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների հետ: Որոշ տեղերում նրանք այդպես էլ «մրցակցային» թեկնածու չեն գտնում, որոշ տեղերում հենց սկզբից ակնհայտ պարտված են, որոշ տեղերում էլ քննարկվող թեկնածուները հրաժարվում են ճանապարհ անցնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա քաղաքական ուժի հետ: Վերջինների թվում է նաև Արթիկը:

Նախորդ համարներից մեկում «Փաստը» գրել էր, որ իշխանությունները, տեսնելով, թե ինչպես պարտվեցին Գյումրիում և Գորիսում, Արթիկում փորձում են ոչ թե միանգամից կենտրոնանալ մեկ թեկնածուի վրա, այլ առաջնորդվել «ցանցային» մեթոդով։ Նշել էինք նաև, որ թեկնածուներից առաջինն Արթիկի գործող քաղաքապետ Մխիթար Վարագյանն է։ Երեկ ՔՊ-ն հայտարարեց, որ իրենց ցուցակը գլխավորելու է Անան Ոսկանյանը: Մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով, Վարագյանը հրաժարվել է գլխավորել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ցուցակը, այսինքն՝ դառնալ Արթիկի քաղաքապետի՝ «փաշինյանական» թեկնածու:

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նա ասել է, որ ցանկություն չունի որևէ առնչություն ունենալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, քանի դեռ մեր տղաները, այդ թվում՝ արթիկցի, գերեվարված են մնում Ադրբեջանում: Մխիթար Վարագյանը, մեր տեղեկություններով, կմասնակցի Արթիկի ավագանու ընտրություններին, սակայն առանձին դաշինքով, որի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ ներկայումս բանակցություններ են տարվում:
