ՇՄ նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել.

  Հոկտեմբերի 25-ին, ժամը 21:39-ին Տավուշի մարզային ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Բերդ-Ճամբարակ ավտոճանապարհի 15-րդ կմ-ի մոտակայքում տեղի է ունեցել Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար։

Մեծ ցավով պետք է նշեմ, որ պատահարի արդյունքում մահացած և վիրավոր քաղաքացիները ՇՄՆ Անտառային կոմիտեի «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Արծվաբերդի» անտառտնտեսություն մասնաճյուղի Նավուրի անտառապետության անտառապահներն են։ Գիշերային ստուգայցի ժամանակ, կորցնելով մեքենայի կառավարումը, գահավիժել են ձորը։

«Արծվաբերդ» մասնաճյուղի տնօրենը ծանր վնասվածքներով այժմ գտնվում է մայրաքաղաքի բուժհաստատություններից մեկում, կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում։ Ցավակցում եմ մեր գործընկերների ընտանիքներին, հարազատներին ու ընկերներին. ուժ և տոկունություն եմ ցանկանում։

Շնորհակալ եմ մեր գործընկերներին անձնվիրաբար և անշահախնդիր ծառայության համար։ Պատահարը տեղի է ունեցել ամենախնդրահարույց տարածաշրջաններից մեկի՝ «Արծվաբերդի» անտառտնտեսության Նավուրի անտառապետության «Թթու ջուր» կոչվող հատվածում, որտեղ վերջին շրջանում ահագնացել էին ապօրինի հատումները, և մի շարք անտառխախտումների դեպքերով էլ հաղորդումներ էին ներկայացվել իրավապահներին։ Այս ցավալի միջադեպը ևս մեկ ազդակ է, որ պետք է սթափվել և զերծ մնալ ապօրինի անտառհատումների արգահատելի գործելաոճից։
