Զինվորականներն արտակարգ դրություն են հայտարարել Սուդանում և ցրել կառավարությունը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍուդանի Ինքնիշխան խորհրդի անցումային իշխանության նախագահ Աբդել Ֆաթահ ալ-Բուրհանը երկրում արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարել, ինչպես նաև ցրել է կառավարությունը: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին վերջինս հայտարարել է հեռուստատեսությամբ ելույթ ունենալիս:
Բացի այդ, վերջինս հայտարարել է 2019 թվականի սահմանադրական հռչակագրի որոշ կետերի չեղարկման մասին: Ընտրություններ են նշանակվել 2023 թվականի հուլիսին:
Ալ-Բուրհանը վստահեցրել է, որ զինված ուժերը շարունակում են ժողովրդավարական անցումը մինչև իշխանության փոխանցումը քաղաքացիական կառավարությանը, իսկ վարչապետի ձերբակալությունը հարկադրված է համարում, քանի որ նրա գործողությունները սպառնում էին պետական անվտանգությանը:
Ընդդիմությունը խորհրդի նախագահի հայտարարությունը որակել է որպես հեղաշրջում:
Ավելի վաղ հաղոդվում էր, որ զինվորականներն անհայտ ուղղությամբ են տարել վարչապետ Աբդալա Համդոկին, որը կոչ էր արել մարդկանց դուրս գալ փողոց և թույլ չտալ զինվորականներին զավթել իշխանությունը:
Զինվորականներն անջատել են համացանցը: Իսկ ցուցարարները մի շարք փողոցներ են փակել, նրանք անվադողեր են այրում: Վերջին տվյալներով՝ բախումների հետևանքով 12 մարդ է վիրավորվել:
2019 թվականին Սուդանում ռազմական հեղափոխություն է տեղի ունեցել՝ պայմնավորված խոր տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ֆոնին բնակիչների ցույցերով: Երկիրը 30 տարի ղեկավարած նախագահ Օմար ալ-Բաշիրա հայտնվեց բանտում:
Զինվորականները և քաղաքացիական ուժերը պայմանավորվել էին անցումային իշխանություն ստեղծել՝ բաերփոխումների համար: Ժամանակավոր Ինքնիշխան խորհուրդը գլխավորել է ալ-Բուրհանը, իսկ Համդոկը դարձել է վարչապետ: Սակայն խորհրդի գործունեության ժամկետը լրանում է նոյեմբերին:
Սեպտեմբերին երկրում հեղաշրջման ևս մեկ փորձ է տեղի ունեցել, որի կազմակերպման մեջ զինվորականները մեղադրել են նախկին նախագահ ալ-Բաշիրի կողմնակիցներին:
