Արևմուտքի նախազգուշացո՞ւմ, թե՞ կանխամտածված պլան. ինչի՞ց է փորձում խուսափել Փաշինյանը
ANALYSISԵրեկ ուշ երեկոյան Ալեք Մեդիա լրատվամիջոցը հոդված էր գրել, որում հայտնում էին, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանը եւ Ադրբեջանը Մոսկվայում երկու նոր փաստաթուղթ են ստորագրելու:
Երկու փաստաթղթերը, որոնք գրեթե ավարտական տեսք են ստացել, կստորագրեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Իլհամ Ալիեւը՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջնորդությամբ եւ մասնակցությամբ, եթե վերջին պահին չլինեն ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներ:
Առաջին փաստաթուղթը վերաբերում է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան պետական սահմանների սահմանազատմանը եւ սահմանագծմանը, որով Երեւանն ու Բաքուն ճանաչելու են միմյանց սահմաններն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ հիմք ընդունելով 1920-ական թվականների Խորհրդային Միության պաշտպանական գերատեսչության Գլխավոր շտաբի քարտեզները: Այդ քարտեզների մասին այսօր, ոչ պատահական կերպով, հիշեցրել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
Երկրորդ փաստաթուղթը, որի շուրջ եւս գրեթե վերջնական պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հայ-ռուս-ադրբեջանական՝ փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով վերջին հանդիպման արդյունքներով, վերաբերում է տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը, մասնավորապես ճանապարհ-միջանցքների, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի եւ Նախիջեւանի միջեւ հաղորդակցության հաստատման մանրամասներին:
Այսօր ռուսական Ռիա Նովոստին հաստատեց եռակողմ հանդիպման մասին տեղեկությունը` նշելով, որ կստորագրվեն հայտարարություններ: Ստացվում է, որ կամ սորոսականները որոշել են քցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և գաղտնազերծում են իշխանությունների ապագա ծրագրերը, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ այդ ծրագրերն այնքան էլ չեն համապատասխանում Արևմուտքի շահերին և ամեն բան գնում է 3+3 ֆորմատով Մինսկի խումբը փոխարինելուն: Կամ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, քաջ հասկանալով, որ այդ երկու փաստաթղթերը ստորագրելուց հետո այլևս դադարելու է լինել գործոն թե՛ ՌԴ-ի, թե՛ Արևմուտքի համար, ինքն է կազմակերպել այս տեղեկատվության սլիվը` փորձելով ներքին դիմադրության օջախ ստեղծելով հետաձգել ստորագրումը: Այս հարցում, ի դեպ, Փաշինյանին կարող է օգնության հասնել ընդդիմությունը, որն էլ արդեն իսկ հայտարարել է փողոցային պայքար սկսելու և ակտիվ քայլերի դիմելու պատրաստակամության մասին; Ուշագրավ է նաև հոդվածում առկա շեշտադրումը, որ փաստաթղթերը կստորագրվեն, եթե չլինեն ֆորսմաժորային դեպքեր: Կարո՞ղ է արդյոք Փաշինյանը բեմադրել այդ դեպքերը կամ տանել դրանց, որպեսզի հետաձգի նոյեմբերի 9-ին փաստաթղթերի ստորագրումը: Իհարկե, կարող է և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հենց այդպես էլ կվարվի: Իհարկե, պետք է ընդգծել, որ Փաշինյանն այդ քայլին գնալու է ոչ թե մեծ հայերնասիրությունից , այլ սեփական աթոռը պահպանելու ցանկությունից դրդված:
