Ինչպես պատրաստել տաք շոկոլադ
Բաղադրիչներ
- 1 բաժակ սառեցրած յուղոտ սերուցք
- 2 բաժակ կաթ
- 50 գ. կաթի փոշի
- 3 գ. (մոտ մեկ թեյի գդալ) եգիպտացորենի օսլա
- 1 բաժակ 60% -ոց սև շոկոլադ, մանրացրած
Պատրաստման եղանակը
1 Դրեք տուփով սերուցքը սառցախցիկ հինգ րոպեով: Սառեցրած սերուցքը լավ հարեք:
2 Կաթը եռացրեք միջին կրակի վրա: Մի փոքր թուլացրեք կրակը և ավելացրեք շոկոլադի կտորները, լավ խառնեք, մինչև շոկոլադը հալվի: Հետո ավելացրեք կաթի փոշին և եգիպտացորենի օսլան, նորից շարունակեք խառնել, մինչև շոկոլադը թանձրանա: Ստուգեք արդյոք չկան գնդիկներ, եթե կան լավ խառնեք, միասեռ զանգված ստացեք:
Ավելի լավ համ ստանալու համար, պետք է երկու անգամ եռացնել շոկոլադը:
3 Լցրեք հագեցած բույրով և համով շոկոլադը բաժակների մեջ, վրան ավելացրեք սառը սերուցքը: Հիանալի բան կստացվի:
Սերուցքը շոկոլադի վրա գեղեցիկ դնելու համար, վերցրեք գդալը և թրջեք այն տաք ջրով: Չորացրեք գդալը և զգուշությամբ վերցրեք սերուցքը:
