Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը հոկտեմբերի 21—ին Լոս Անջելեսում հանդիպումներ է ունեցել համայնքային հոգևոր առաջնորդների և Հայ դատի տեղի գրասենյակի ղեկավարության հետ:

Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու ԱՄՆ արևմտյան թեմի առաջնորդ Հովնան արքեպիսկոպոս Տերտերյանի և Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսության ԱՄՆ արևմտյան թեմի առաջնորդ Թորգոմ եպիսկոպոս Տոնոյանի հետ հանդիպումներում Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ներկայացրել է հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակն Արցախում, անվտանգային ու մարդասիրական մարտահրավերները և կատարված աշխատանքներն ու առաջիկա ծրագրերը: Պետական նախարարը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել հոգևոր առաջնորդներին Արցախին ցուցաբերվող շարունակական ու սրտացավ աջակցության համար՝ ընդգծելով դրա հատկապես բարոյական նշանակությունը Արցախի բնակչության համար:

Պետական նախարարը հանդիպել է նաև ԱՄՆ արևմտյան ափի Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի անդամներին՝ ատենապետ Նորա Հովսեփյանի գլխավորությամբ: Նա բարձր է գնահատել Հայ դատի գրասենյակի գործունեությունը Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների ու շահերի պաշտպանության գործում:

Բոլոր հանդիպումներում կողմերը քննարկել են Արցախ-Սփյուռք կապերի ամրապնդմանը և համատեղ ջանքերով հետպատերազմյան մարդասիրական հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր:
