«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

2018 թվականի հեղափոխության ավարտից հետո Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի նախկին տնօրեն Մհեր Պոլոսկովը ներկա իշխանություններին հաճոյանալու և լավ հարաբերությունների հիմք ստեղծելու նպատակով որոշեց ԶՊՄԿ արդեն իսկ մի քանի հազարանոց աշխատակազմը համալրել ևս 1500 աշխատողով, որպեսզի հայաստանյան նորաթուխ իշխանություններն իրենց հաշվետվություններում ձեռքբերումներ ցույց տալու հիմքեր ունենան: Ուշագրավն այն է, որ ԶՊՄԿ աշխատակազմը ուռճացվել է մարդկանց հաշվին, որոնց աշխատուժի անհրաժեշտությունը ընկերությունն ամենևին չուներ:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, հիմա արդեն, երբ կառավարությունը բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքում «զավթել» է ԶՊՄԿ բաժնետոմսերի մի մասը, ԶՊՄԿ-ում էլ անհասկանալի կերպով կառավարում է «Գեոպրոմայնինգ» ընկերությունը, Մհեր Պոլոսկովը մնացել է որպես ստվերային կառավարող: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այդ կառավարչի կամայական որոշման արդյունքում հիմա էլ բազմաթիվ աշխատողների ծանուցումներ են ուղարկում` աշխատանքից ազատման վերաբերյալ: Մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով, ԶՊՄԿ աշխատակազմը շուտով կհամալրվի հարյուրավոր ռուս աշխատողներով` ըստ էության ընկերությունից տեղացի աշխատողներին դուրս թողնելու հաշվին: Ստացվում է, որ նախկին տնօրենի անհեռանկար և ներկա ղեկավարության իշխանահաճո գործելաոճից տուժեց ոչ միայն ընկերությունը, այլև բազմաթիվ սյունեցիներ:

Սրան զուգահեռ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկայում այստեղ սպասվում է աշխատավարձերի շոշափելի նվազեցում: Բանն այն է, որ Սոթքի հանքավայրում աշխատողների աշխատավարձերն ավելի ցածր են, ուստի «Գեոպրոմայնինգը» որոշել է ԶՊՄԿ-ի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը հավասարեցնել կամ գոնե մոտեցնել Սոթքի աշխատավարձերին:

Ճիշտ է, երեկ կոմբինատը հայտարարություն տարածեց, թե «չեն լինելու կրճատումներ ո՛չ անձնակազմի և ո՛չ էլ սոցիալական աջակցությունների մասով», այդուամենայնիվ, մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ամեն ինչ այդքան միանշանակ չէ: Մյուս կողմից, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, աշխատավարձերի մասին խոսք չկա: Ինչ վերաբերում է սոցիալական աջակցություններին, ապա, մեր տեղեկություններով, նույնիսկ ՊՇՌ տեստերի համար վճարում են աշխատակիցները, իսկ կոմբինատը չի փոխհատուցում դրանք:
