Ադրբեջանը թաքցնում է գերիների իրական թիվն ու պահման վայրերը․ Միրզոյանը՝ ԿԽՄԿ փոխնախագահին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀոկտեմբերի 22-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդունել է Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի (ԿԽՄԿ) փոխնախագահ Ժիլ Կարբոնյեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։
Կարևորելով ԿԽՄԿ իրականացրած աշխատանքները՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է կազմակերպության առանձնահատկությունը՝ որպես չեզոք, անկողմնակալ կառույցի, որը 1992 թվականից գործունեություն է ծավալում թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ Արցախում: ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը շեշտել է հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու աջակցությունը ՀՀ-ում և Արցախում ԿԽՄԿ-ի առաքելության իրականացմանը՝ երեք տասնամյակ ի վեր գոյություն ունեցող աշխատակարգի համաձայն:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կարևորվել է ԿԽՄԿ՝ որպես Արցախում այս պահին ներկա միակ միջազգային կառույցի գործունեության անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով տուժած բնակչությանն օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համատեքստում:
Նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ շարունակում է առաջնային խնդիր մնալ ռազմագերիների ու քաղաքացիական պատանդների շուտափույթ վերադարձի հարցը։ Խախտելով Ժնևի կոնվենցիայի և 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության պահանջները՝ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է արհեստական խոչընդոտներ ստեղծել գերիների վերադարձի հարցում։
Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է նաև, որ չնայած հայկական կողմի ներկայացրած ապացույցներին՝ Ադրբեջանը թաքցնում է գերիների իրական թիվն ու պահման վայրերը, ինչը լուրջ հիմքեր է ստեղծում ենթադրելու, որ առկա է բռնի անհետացումների իրավիճակ։
ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակությունն իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել շարունակելու իր օժանդակությունը ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակում ստեղծված հումանիտար խնդիրները հաղթահարելու նպատակով:
