Կոտայքի մարզի 39-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Կոտայքի մարզի 39-ամյա բնակչի կողմից հացատան սեփականատիրոջը ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016թ. մայիսի 9-ին Կոտայքի մարզի 39-ամյա բնակիչն իր մտերիմների հետ, Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի հաղթանակի օրվա կապակցությամբ, խնջույք է կազմակերպել իր ընտանիքին պատկանող գործարանի բացօթյա տարածքում, որին մասնակցել է նաև Երևան քաղաքի Եղվարդի խճուղում գտնվող հացատան սեփականատերը: Որոշ ժամանակ անց, եղանակային պայմանների վատթարացման պատճառով, վերջինիս առաջարկով խնջույքը շարունակվել է նշված հացատանը:
Այդ ընթացքում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել 39-ամյա տղամարդու և հացատան սեփականատիրոջ միջև, որի ժամանակ վերջիններս քաշքշել են միմյանց, իսկ 39-ամյա տղամարդը սրահում գտնվող ձայնարկիչով փորձել է հարվածել հացատան սեփականատիրոջը, ինչը դիպել է երեք ծաղկամանի, և ձայնարկիչն ու ծաղկամանները կոտրվել են:
Քաշքշուկն ավարտվել է ներկաների միջամտությամբ, որից հետո 39-ամյա տղամարդը հեռացել է, սակայն մոտ 30 րոպե անց՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, վերադարձել է 30-40 անձանց հետ: Իջնելով ավտոմեքենայից՝ 39-ամյա տղամարդն անմիջապես մոտեցել է հացատան դիմաց իր մտերիմների հետ կանգնած՝ հացատան սեփականատիրոջը և ուժգին հարվածել նրա ձախ աչքին՝ պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Կոտայքի մարզի 39-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար:
