Պեսկովը պատասխանել է Հայաստանից փոխանցված 200 ռուբլու պատճառով «Գոլոս» շարժումն օտարերկրյա գործակալ ճանաչելու մասին հարցին

ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, մեկնաբանելով «Գոլոս» շարժումը որպես ՀԿ-օտարերկրյա գործակալ ճանաչելը, նշել է, որ Օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին օրենքում խոսք չկա այն մասին, որ պետք է աչք փակել օտարերկրյա գործակալ ճանաչված կազմակերպության հաշվին 200 ռուբլու չափով փոխանցման վրա, գրում է interfax.ru-ն։

Լրագրողների հետ շփման ընթացքում նրա ուշադրությունը հրավիրվել է այն փաստի վրա, որ «Գոլոս»-ը ճանաչվել է օտարերկրյա գործակալ`Հայաստանի քաղաքացուց ստացված 200 ռուբլու փոխանցման պատճառով: Պեսկովին հարցրել են՝ արդյոք Կրեմլը կարծում է, որ նման գործելաոճը վարկաբեկում է օրենքը, թե՞ այն պետք է այսպես աշխատի։

«Ֆորմալ առումով գերատեսչությունը (Արդարադատության նախարարությունը) պետք է հետևի այս օրենքի տառին և ոգուն»,- պատասխանել է Պեսկովը։ Նա նշել է, որ «օրենքը չի ասում, որ եթե խոսքը 200 ռուբի չնչին գումարի մասին է, ապա չի կարելի ուշադրություն դարձնել, ուստի ֆորմալ առումով բոլոր գործառույթները կատարվում են»։

Ինչպես ասվում է շարժման կայքում, «Գոլոս»-ը պատրաստում է դիտորդներ, աջակցում է դաշնային թեժ գծին և առցանց ծառայություններին, իրավաբանական օգնություն է տրամադրում ընտրողներին, մասնակցում է ընտրական համակարգի կատարելագործմանը, ինչպես նաև անցկացնում է ընտրությունների երկարաժամկետ և կարճաժամկետ դիտարկումներ:
