Եթե սահմանին գազի գինը մնա նույնը, բնակիչների համար սակագնի փոփոխություն չի լինի․ Գարեգին Բաղրամյան

Հայաստանում սպառողների համար գազի սակագինը կախված է սահմանին ձևավորվող գնից: Եթե այժմ ընթացող բանակցություններով այն նույնը մնա, ապա, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բնակիչների համար սակագնի փոփոխություն չի լինի:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:

«Սահմանին գազի գնի վերաբերյալ բանակցություններն այս պահին ընթանում են: Ընդ որում, դրանք համալիր բանակցություններ են: Դրանք ներառում են «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի ամբողջ կառավարվող գույքի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունները, դա և´ «Հրազդան 5»-ն է, և´ գազի սահմանային գինն է, և´ գազամատակարարման համակարգն է»,- ասաց Բաղրամյանը:

Այս պահին քննարկումները դեռևս ավարտված չեն: Դրանք ավարտված կլինեն, երբ կստորագրվի միջկառավարական համաձայնագիրը: Բաղրամյանը նշեց՝ երբ վերջնական փաստաթուղթը լինի, նոր կարելի է գազի սակագնի գնահատական տալ:

Այս պահի դրությամբ ՀԾԿՀ-ն գազի կամ էլեկտրաէներգիայի բարձրացման հայտեր չի ստացել: Գազի սակագինը վերջին անգամ փոխվել է հուլիսին:

Անդրադառնալով գազի սակագնի հնարավոր փոփոխմանը՝ նա ասաց. «Կախված է նրանից, թե սահմանին գազի ինչ գին կձևավորվի: Եթե բանակցությունների արդյունքում ունենանք նույն գինը, կարծում եմ, գազի սակագնի փոփոխություն առնվազն չենք ունենա»:
