Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին Արցախում ծավալված լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ, հոկտեմբերի 6-ին, նախնական տեղեկություններով, գերեվարվել էր 18-րդ դիվիզիայի (Հադրութ) բուժծառայության պետ, փոխգնդապետ Հրանտ Ռուդոլֆի Պապիկյանը։
Սեպտեմբերի 24-ին գրություն եմ ուղարկել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն՝ խնդրելով տեղեկացնել, թե փոխգնդապետ Պապիկյանի ճակատագրի պարզման վերաբերյալ ինչ աշխատանքներ են տարվել և տարվում։
Արդյոք Ադրբեջանը հաստատում է վերջինիս գերության փաստը։ Եթե չի հաստատում, արդյոք ԱԱԾ-ն ունի այլ գործիքակազմ նման դեպքերում զինծառայողների ճակատագիրը ճշտելու և նրանց հայրենադարձումը կազմակերպելու համար։
Օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետն ավարտվել է, սակայն ԱԱԾ-ն որևէ ձևով չի արձագանքել։
