ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարանում ավարտվել է «Ադրբեջանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործով լսումների երկրորդ փուլը: Հայաստանը ներկայացնող փաստաբանները Դատարանի առաջ ներկայացրել են Ադրբեջանի մեղադրանքների ողջ անհեթեթությունն ու անհիմն լինելը:

Տեղի ունեցածի պատկերն՝ ամփոփ. Ադրբեջանը չի ներկայացրել բավարար ապացույցներ հետևյալի մասին, որ՝

1.Հայաստանն իբր Թվիթերում ատելության քարոզ է կազմակերպել

2. Հայաստանն իբր պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի հասարակ քաղաքացիների, ինչպիսին է, օրինակ, Վովա Վարդանովը, անհատական հայտարարությունների համար,

      2.1. ՈՄԱ-ն իբր պետք է փակվի. ապացուցվել է, որ այն ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպություն է՝ ստեղծված ինքնապաշտպանության դասերի համար:

3. Հայաստանն իբր նպատակադրված է ականներ տեղադրել, որ «կանխի ադրբեջանցի փախստականների վերադարձը»

       3.1. Ադրբեջանի ականազերծման գործակալության ներկայացրած զեկույցի՝ այն է՝ միակ «ապացույցի» հիման վրա ապացուցվել է, որ նախապատերազմական շփման գծում ականների հիմնական մասը ոչնչացվել է և վնասազերծվել

Ադրբեջանը, սակայն, չի նշել, թե այդ ականների որ մասն է ինքը տեղադրել նախքան Արցախի դեմ պատերազմ սկսելը: Ադրբեջանը նաև չի նշել, թե Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքներում որքան ական է տեղադրված, թեպետ ներկայացրել է բոլոր ականների քանակը, ներառյալ՝ նախապատերազմական շփման գծում տեղադրվածները:

        3.2. Միջազգային իրավունքը չի պարտադրում փոխանցել ականապատ տարածքների քարտեզները. նման կետ որևէ տեղ չկա: 

       3.3. Հենց Ադրբեջանն է 90-ականներից սկսած տեղադրել հսկայական թվով ականներ և թույլ չի տվել դրանք ականազերծել, նաև միջամտել է ԵԱՀԿ՝ այդ ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերին: 

4. Ադրբեջանը նաև չի ներկայացրել ապացույցներ այն բանի, որ Հայաստանը թաքցնում և ոչնչացնում է իր քաղաքացիների/ զինվորների կողմից «պատերազմի ժամանակ ադրբեջանցիների դեմ իրականացվող հանցագործությունների հետքերը» 

Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը և բոլոր փաստաբանները դատարանին խնդրել են ամբողջությամբ մերժել Ադրբեջանի՝ չհիմնավորված խնդրանքը:
