ՊՆ-ն նոր հաղորդագրություն տարածեց

ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն հաղորդագրություն է տարածել՝ անդրադառնալով Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի հայտարարությանը, թե թե  Գեղարքունիքում ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումներն ակտիվ ինժեներական աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում։

ՊՆ հաղորդագրությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից կատարվել է գրառում, որում անդրադարձ կա ս.թ. մայիսին ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի որոշ հատվածներ ներթափանցած ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ ներկայացուցիչների կողմից տվյալ տարածքներում իրականացվող ամրաշինական և այլ աշխատանքների հետ։ Նշված գրառման մեջ առկա են մի շարք անճշտություններ, ինչպես նաև պնդումներ, որոնք կտրված են իրականությունից։

Մասնավորապես, ՄԻՊ գրառման մեջ նշվում է, որ «ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզ ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կառուցել են մեծ ապաստարաններ, կուտակել են մեծ քանակությամբ վառելափայտ, բետոնապատել են իրենց դիրքեր տանող ճանապարհները:

Նրանց ակտիվությունը վերջին շրջանում շեշտակի է մեծացել։ Ավելին, շարունակում են նոր ճանապարհների կառուցումը, դիրքերում ավելացրել են զինծառայողների քանակն ու սպառազինությունը: Անընդհատ կատարում են դիրքային ամրացման և ինժեներական ակտիվ աշխատանքներ»: ՄԻՊ գրառման մեջ առկա այս պնդումներն ակնհայտորեն ուռճացված են, քանի որ ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ինժեներական ակտիվ աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվում, մեծ ապաստարաններ, կամ նոր ճանապարհներ չեն կառուցվել, ավելին՝ նրանց կողմից այդպիսի աշխատանքների փորձերը հաջողությամբ կանխվում են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների թվաքանակի և սպառազինության ավելացման մասին պնդմանը, ապա հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների ամբողջ շարժը վերահսկվում է հայկական ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից և, վերջին շրջանում, նման գործընթաց չի արձանագրվել։

Կոչ ենք անում մեր հասարակության համար զգայուն թեմաների շուրջ նմանատիպ գրառումներ կատարելիս փաստական տվյալները ճշտել նաև պաշտպանական գերատեսչության հետ, որը, ինչպես ամբողջ այս ընթացքում, այնպես էլ հետագայում, պատրաստ է ամենասերտ համագործակցության ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի հետ»։
