Ուղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ ՌԴ նախագահ Վ.Պուտինը պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկ էր արել հայկական ու ադրբեջանական կողմերին, որը նրա համար «անհասկանալի» պատճառներով հայ գործընկերները մերժեցին»։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ինչու՞ ապագա կապիտուլյացիայի սիմվոլը մերժեց հոկտեմբերի 19-ի արյունալի ու աղետալի պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկը։

Ի դեպ, ըստ Պուտինի՝ իր առաջարկն ընդունելու դեպքում հայկական վերահսկողության տակ պետք է մնար Շուշին, որտեղ կարող էին վերադառնալ ադրբեջանցի փախստականները, իսկ Ադրբեջանին էին անցնում «աննշան տարածքներ հարավային հատվածում»։

Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկը վերաբերում է «5 + 2» տարբերակին։

Այսինքն՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ի առաջարկով Շուշին թշնամուն հանձնելու հարց չի եղել։

Ավելին.հոկտեմբերի 19-ին արդեն Փաշինյանի համար պարզ էր, որ պատերազմը դեպի պարտություն է գնում։

Ու այսքանից հետո նա մերժել է պատերազմն անհամեմատ ավելի քիչ մարդկային ու տարածքային կորուստներով կանգնեցնելու առաջարկը։

Ո՞րն էր շարժառիթը։

Սա քաոսայն կառավարման, թե՞ դավադրության արդյունք էր։

Եվս մեկ անգամ պնդում եմ, որ հոկտեմբերի 19-ից հետո բոլոր մարդկային ու տարածքային կորուստներն ուղիղ կապիտուլյացիայի սիմվոլի խղճին են։

Հ.Գ. Հիշեցնեմ, որ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին ինքս եմ առաջարկել ապագա կապիտուլյացիայի սիմվոլին, որ դիմի եւ խնդրի մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակցին, որպեսզի քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար»:
