Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման շուրջ հնարավոր աշխատանքներ սկսելու մասին հարցին:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Գրիգորյանն ընդգծեց՝ «որպեսզի խոսենք սահմանների մասին, նախ պետք է լիարժեք հետազոտենք սահմանների հետ կապված իրավական ամբողջ բազան, և ընդորում, իրավական այն բազան, որտեղ կա երկու երկրի համաձայնությունը, ստորագրությունը կամ միացումը ինչ-որ փաստաթղթի»: Նրա խոսքով՝ դրանից հետո նոր հնարավոր կլինի խոսել քարտեզների մասին, որովհետև քարտեզը ընդամենը սխեմա է:

«Քարտեզի տակ պետք է լինի իրավական հիմք, և այդ իրավական հիմքերի վրա մենք հիմա աշխատում ենք, հետազոտում ենք, հավաքում ենք և վերլուծելուց հետո նոր հնարավոր կլինի խոսել քարտեզների մասին՝ դրանց հիմա վրա ինչ-որ գործընթացներ իրականացնելու նպատակով»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ՝ փոխվարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ կան բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, որոնք գործընթացները բավականին բարդացնում են: «Առանձին վերցրած գործընթացները որոշակի իրականացման տրամաբանություն կարող են ունենալ, բայց ընդհանուր մթնոլորտը պետք է լինի շատ ավելի լավը»,- ասաց փոխվարչապետը՝  նկատի ունենալով 2021 թվականի մայիսից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ապօրինի ներխուժումը ՀՀ տարածք, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների հարցը:
