Մեր ժողովուրդն ապրում է թե՛ ֆիզիկական, թե՛ հոգևոր ծանր և դժվարին իրավիճակում․ բայց ողջ ժողովուրդը, ազգը չի այդպես, ես չեմ ուզում, որ մենք մեզ խաբած լինենք։ Ազգի մի հատվածն է այդպես՝ գիտակցություն ունեցող հատվածը: Այս մասին Հայոց եկեղեցու ԱՄՆ Արևմտյան թեմի Սուրբ Ղևոնդյանց մայր տաճարում քարոզի ժամանակ նշել է Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Բագրատ Եպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը:

Մեր ՄԱՅՐԸ հիվանդ է այսօր, խոցված է, բայց մեռած չէ։ Մենք իրավունք չունենք սպանելու նրան։ Այցելե՛ք, վերադարձե՛ք տուն։
Իմ խնդրանքն է ձեզ․ այսօր է ժամը, եթե ոչ ամբողջությամբ, ապա գոնե ավելի հաճախ վերադառնալու Հայաստան, վերադառնալու Արցախ»,- նշել է նա:
