«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակում կայացած միջոցառումը, որը նվիրված էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության 30-ամյակին, շատ առումներով մնում է մշուշապատ: Խոսքը մասնավորաբար ծախսված գումարների մասին է: Ժամանակին «Փաստ» թերթը գրավոր հարցմամբ դիմել էր ՀՀ կառավարություն՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել, թե պետբյուջեից որքան գումար է տրամադրվել նշյալ միջոցառման համար:
Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից պատասխանել էին, որ պետական բյուջեից միջոցառումն իրականացնելու նպատակով միջոցներ չեն հատկացվել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ հավելել էին, որ «ծրագրի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ գումարը «Դոմինո փրոդաքշնը» ներգրավել է մասնավոր հովանավորներից»: Մենք սեպտեմբերի 24-ին գրավոր հարցում ենք ուղարկել նաև Հանրապետության հրապարակում կայացած միջոցառման կազմակերպիչ «Դոմինո փրոդաքշն» ՍՊԸ՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել, թե որքան գումար է ծախսվել, որտեղից են ֆինանսական աղբյուրները, ինչպես նաև տրամադրել ծախսերի ամբողջական բացվածքը:
Օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներում «Դոմինո փրոդաքշնից» այդպես էլ որևէ պատասխան չենք ստացել: Հետաքրքիր է՝ ի՞նչ է թաքցնում այս կազմակերպությունը, որ խուսափում է պատասխանել նշյալ հարցերին: Չէ՞ որ հենց թափանցիկության բացակայությունն է հանգեցնում կասկածների: Կարո՞ղ ենք մտածել, որ այնպիսի աղբյուրներից է եղել ֆինանսավորումը, որ հրապարակելը ձեռնտու չէ «Դոմինո փրոդաքշնին», գուցե թե՝ նաև կառավարությանը:
