Ադրբեջանցիները համացանցում մոլորեցրել են արցախցի օգտատերերին ու շանտաժով ստիպել տեսանյութեր անել
SOCIETYԱրցախի դատախազությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է․
Ինչպես հաղորդվել էր ավելի վաղ, սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ պետական դավաճանության ենթադրյալ դեպքի առթիվ, հանցանքի կատարման մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա ձերբակալվել էր ԱՀ քաղաքացի Մ.Ա.-ն:
Քրեական գործի հարուցման փուլում և դրանից հետո ձեռք բերված տվյալների հիման վրա վերջինս կասկածվել էր Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայություններին կամ նրանց ներկայացուցիչներին` ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում գտնվելու և ազատ տեղաշարժվելու տեսարաններ երևակող տեսանյութեր տրամադրելու մեջ:
Քրեական գործով տարված նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով հաստատվել է, որ ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից կառավարվող` սոցիալական ցանցերում ակտիվ մի շարք օգտատերեր, տարբեր հետաքրքրություններ ու նախասիրություններ ունեցող անձանց համար գրավիչ ֆեյսբուքյան էջ ձևավորելուց հետո, ինտիմ շփումների ակնկալիք ձևավորելու, սիրային կապ հաստատելու կամ շահավետ բիզնես առաջարկով հրապուրելու եղանակով սերտ կապ են ստեղծել արցախյան տարբեր օգտատերերի հետ և մոլորեցնելու եղանակով ձևավորած վստահության շրջանակում խնդրել ու ստացել կամ փորձել են ստանալ Արցախի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաքի հասարակական տարբեր վայրեր պատկերող տեսանյութեր ու լուսանկարներ` դրանք իբրև գովազդային կամ Արցախի Հանրապետության օգտին օգտագործելու կեղծ խոստումներով:
Հետագայում այդ տեսանյութերը մոնտաժելու և քարոզչական խոսք ավելացնելու եղանակով վեր են ածվել արցախցիներին ահաբեկելու, վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու և տեղեկատվական գրոհ իրականացնելու համար գործիքի ու տարածվել լայն լսարանի համար հասանելի սոցիալական ցանցերով և լրատվամիջոցներով: Նկատի ունենալով, որ ԱՀ քաղաքացի Մ.Ա-ի գործողությունները մոլորության հետևանք էին և վերջինիս մոտ բացակայում էր հանցավոր դիտավորությունը, ուստի նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 13-ին որոշում էր կայացվել նրա արարքում հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու մասին:
ԱՀ դատախազությունը մեկ անգամ ևս կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ սոցիալական ցանցերում կասկածելի օգտատերերի հետ շփումներից, նման իրավիճակներում հայտնվելու դեպքում անհապաղ տեղեկացնել ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը, բացառել նման օգտատերերին որևէ տեսակի տեղեկության փոխանցումը` անկախ ներկայացվող շարժառիթներից ու նպատակներից: Անհրաժեշտ է գիտակցել, որ նման ցանկացած` նույնիսկ անզգույշ արարք, կարող է վնաս հասցնել Արցախի Հանրապետության ներքին ու արտաքին անվտանգությանը:
