Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը թույլ չի տվել «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանին մեկնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ քաղաք՝ մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի պաշտպանության հարցերով նիստին:
Հատկանշական է, որ Սեյրան Օհանյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել վաղեմության ժամկետն անցած քրեական հետապնդման շրջանակներում, ինչն արդեն ծաղր է իրավունքի նկատմամբ: Երկրի համար այս ծանր պայմաններում մեծ կապեր և արտաքին գործընկերների հետ շփման փորձ ունեցող ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների՝ Սեյրան Օհանյանի և Արմեն Գևորգյանի անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքի հերթական խախտման փաստը, երբ նրանց պարզապես արգելվում է միջազգային կազմակերպություններում ներկայացնել Հայաստանը, եւս մեկ անգամ վկայում է ժողովրդավարության քայքայումը մեր երկրում։
Պարզ չէ՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ աշխատանքների կարևորության և այս իշխանությունների՝ որևէ արդյունք չստեղծող եւ միայն խնդիրներ առաջացնող արտաքին քաղաքականության պայմաններում ՀՔԾ նման քննիչները ում կամ որ երկրի շահն են սպասարկում:
