Վրաստանում ամփոփում են ընտրությունների արդյունքները

Շաբաթ օրը տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովները սկսել են ամփոփել տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների արդյունքները, ասել է ԿԸՀ մամուլի խոսնակ Նաթիա Իոսելիանին ճեպազրույցում, տեղեկացնում է Sputnik Գրուզիան։

Ընտրությունները Վրաստանում տեղի են ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 2-ին։ Երկրի բնակիչներն ընտրում էին քաղաքապետերի եւ սակրեբուլոյի՝ տեղական խորհրդակցական մարմինների պատգամավորների 64 քաղաքներում եւ շրջաններում։

Վրաստանի օրենսդրությամբ ընտրությունների արդյունքները 63 շրջաններում եւ քաղաքներում ամփոփում են օկրուգային հանձնաժողովները, իսկ Թբիլիսիում՝ Վրաստանի ԿԸՀ-ն։ Ընդ որում՝ այսօր էլ Վրաստանի ԿԸՀ-ն վերջնականապես կորոշի, թե որտեղ են անցնելու ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլերը հոկտեմբերի 30-ին։

Ինչպես պարզաբանել է մամուլի խոսնակը, ներկա պահին ավարտվել է բոլոր բողոքների դիտարկումը, որոնք ներկայացրել են դիտորդները կուսակցություններից եւ հասարակական կազմակերպություններից քվեարկության օրը եւ արդյունքների ամփոփման ժամանակ։

«Մենք դիմում ենք գործընթացում ներառված կողմերին, քաղաքական կուսակցությունների, դիտորդական կազմակերպությունների եւ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին նպաստել արդյունքների ամփոփման խաղաղ եւ կառուցողական գործընթացին»,- ասել է Իոսելիանին։

Ձայների հաշվարկման եւ քվեարկության ընթացակարգի պատճառով կուսակցություններից եւ դիտորդներից ստացվել է 1 702 բողոք։

Ընդ որում՝ դրանցից 852-ը վերաբերել է ամփոփիչ արձանագրությունն անվավեր ճանաչելուն կամ ձայների վերահաշվարկի պահանջին, իսկ մյուսները՝ ընտրական հանձնաժողովների անդամներին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելուն եւ ընթացակարգային հարցերին։
