Ո՞ր տարիքից են ՀՀ արական սեռի քաղաքացիները կցագրվում և ի՞նչ ընթացակարգով․ իրազեկում է ՊՆ-ն
SOCIETYՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունից Իրավաբան.net-ը տեղեկանում է, թե ո՞ր տարիքից են ՀՀ արական սեռի քաղաքացիները կցագրվում և ի՞նչ ընթացակարգով։
Զինվորական հաշվառում իրականացնում են`
1) զինապարտի մշտական բնակության վայրի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումը.
2) ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային ծառայությունը` Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ըստ բնակության վայրի հաշվառում չունեցող և հյուպատոսական հաշվառման վերցված զինապարտներինը:
3) Զինվորական հաշվառման ենթակա են տվյալ տարվա ընթացքում 16 տարին լրացող արական սեռի քաղաքացիները:
4) Զինվորական հաշվառման են վերցվում նաև 18 տարին լրացած և զինվորական մասնագիտություն ստացած կամ պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելու համար դիմած իգական սեռի քաղաքացիները: Սահմանված ժամկետում զինվորական հաշվառում չանցած քաղաքացիների զինվորական հաշվառումն իրականացվում է սույն օրենքով և այլ օրենքներով սահմանված կարգով: Զինվորական հաշվառման կարգը սահմանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը:
5) Զինապարտների զինվորական հաշվառման լրիվությունն ապահովելու նպատակով պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները, անկախ կազմակերպական-իրավական ձևից՝ գործատու կազմակերպություններն ու ուսումնական հաստատությունները վարում են աշխատող կամ սովորող, իսկ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները` նաև համայնքում բնակվող զինապարտների վերաբերյալ գրանցամատյան, որի վարման կարգը սահմանում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը:
6) Զինվորական հաշվառման նպատակով տարածքային ստորաբաժանումում կազմվում է զինապարտի անձնական գործ, որում մուտքագրվում են զինապարտի ծննդյան և անձնագրային, անհրաժեշտ կենսաչափական, հաշվառման վայրի, ընտանեկան դրության, կրթության, աշխատանքային գործունեության, առողջական վիճակի, դատվածության վերաբերյալ տվյալները, ինչպես նաև ներառվում են այդ տվյալների վերաբերյալ համապատասխան բնօրինակ փաստաթղթերը կամ դրանց պատճենները: Տվյալների միասնականությունը և համակարգված կիրառումն ապահովելու նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը վարում է զինվորական հաշվառման էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության սահմանած կարգով:
