«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում կառավարության շենքի դիմաց պարբերաբար հավաքվում են Արցախի տարբեր շրջաններում իրենց բնակավայրերն ու տները կորցրած արցախցիները՝ հադրութցիներ, քաշաթաղցիներ, քարվաճառցիներ և այլն։ Բողոքի ցույցերի հիմնական խնդիրը պայմանավորված է մի քանի հանգամանքով. նախ՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները պատշաճ քայլեր չեն իրականացնում տվյալ տարածքների բնակիչների կեցության հարցը լուծելու համար, և երկրորդ՝ այդ բողոքի մի մասն էլ ուղղված է Արցախի իշխանություններին, որովհետև ակցիայի մասնակիցները տարբեր փաստեր են բերում, թե ՀՀ-ից Արցախ ուղղվող գումարները պատշաճ չեն օգտագործվում՝ Արցախի իշխանությունները կա՛մ աննպատակ վատնում են, կամ ուղղակի յուրացնում՝ դնելով սեփական գրպանը։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, վերջին շրջանում Արցախից տարբեր խողովակներով կապ են հաստատում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ՝ նրան ներկայացնելով Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից ֆինանսական տարբեր չարաշահումների մասին տեղեկություններ։ Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, չի բացառվում, որ Փաշինյանը հայաստանյան պետբյուջեից Արցախին հատկացվող գումարների մասով առանձին աուդիտ կազմակերպի, որպեսզի հասկանալի լինի, թե այդ հատկացումներն ի՞նչ ճակատագիր են ունենում և կոնկրետ ինչի՞ն են ծառայել։

Հավելենք նաև, որ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկության համաձայն, վերջին շրջանում Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ հայաստանյան իշխանությունների վստահությունը նկատելիորեն նվազել է, ուղղակի նրանով դեռևս չեն զբաղվում, որովհետև դրա ժամանակը չունեն առայժմ։
