Բժիշկ Արմեն Չարչյանի վիճակը ծանր է
SOCIETYԱնազատության մեջ գտնվող հայտնի բժիշկ, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Չարչյանի առողջական վիճակը մնում է ծանր: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Ա. Չարչյանի պաշտպան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ Ա. Չարչյանի մոտ առկա հիվանդության տեսակը՝ շաքարային դիաբետի ծանր ձև՝ ինսուլինակախյալ, ստանում է 100-ից ավելի միավոր ինսուլին, ինչը խնդրահարույց հանգամանք է առողջական վիճակի առումով:
Ինչ վերաբերում է դատարանի կողմից նշանակված դատաբժշկական հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննությանը, պաշտպանն ասաց, որ դատաբժշկական եզրակացությանը մինչ օրս չունեն:
«Սպասում ենք, թե երբ կլինի, որպեսզի հաջորդ դատական նիստում դատաբժշկական եզրակացության պայմաններով վերջնականապես քննարկվի Արմեն Չարչյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխման հարցը, քանի որ գրավի վերաբերյալ իմ միջնորդության լուծումը դատարանը հետաձգեց՝ պայմանավորելով այդ եզրակացությամբ»,- ասաց Է. Ալեքսանյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ Արմեն Չարչյանն այլևս քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցում չէ, այժմ գտնվում է «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանն օգոստոսի 23-ին Չարչյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշման դեմ դատախազության բողոքը բավարարել էր։ Դատարանի որոշումից հետո Արմեն Չարչյանը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ գնացել էր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, ապա՝ կալանավորվել։ Մեկ օր անց Չարչյանի առողջական վիճակը վատթարացել է, ու նա տեղափոխվել է քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց։
Չարչյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-դ կետի հատկանիշներով (ընտրողներին կաշառք տալը, կաշառք ստանալը, ընտրությունների ժամանակ բարեգործության արգելքի խախտումը կամ ընտրողի ազատ կամքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը):
Հավելենք, որ Արմեն Չարչյանը օգոստոսի 24-ին տարել է սուր ինֆակտ, ունի ծանր շաքարային դիաբետ եւ ընդունում 92 միավոր ինսուլին, ինչն ուղղակի անհամատեղելի է կալանքի հետ, եւ այս անհամատեղելիությունը հաստատվում է Կառավարության 825Ն որոշմամբ:
